This'll be a thread where I'll be listing recipes that I've been finding on Facebook that I've liked a lot. :)


Chicken Bacon Ranch Potato Bake

Ingredients:

1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 ranch dressing mix (dry powder)
14 medium potatoes, cubed
3 chicken breast, cubed
2 1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 cup crumbled bacon
1 cup green onions, chopped
1 tsp black pepper

How to make it:

Preheat oven to 500°F.

Spray 9×12″ baking dish with cooking spray.

In a large bowl combine oil, salt, pepper and ranch dressing mix.
∙1/2 cupolive oil
∙1 tspsalt
∙1 ranch dressing mix (dry powder)
∙1 tspblack pepper

Add the potatoes to the oil mixture and toss well. Spoon potatoes into a large baking dish. Leave as much oil mixture behind as possible.
∙14 medium potatoes, cubed

Roast potatoes until crispy, about 1 hr. Stirring every 15 minutes.

Cut raw chicken into bite size pieces. Add to oil mixture and toss well.
∙3 chicken breast, cubed

In a separate bowl mix the cheese, bacon and onion.
∙2 1/2 cupshredded cheese
∙1 cupcrumbled bacon
∙1 cupgreen onions, chopped

When potatoes are crispy, remove from oven. Lower temperature to 400°F.

Top potatoes with raw chicken & cheese mixture. Bake for another 15-20.
∙2 1/2 cupshredded cheese
∙1 cupcrumbled bacon
∙1 cupgreen onions, chopped

Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream or ranch dressing and enjoy

Kobuk:
Sausage, Peppers, and Onions

You’ll Need:

2 lbs of red potatoes.
2 large bell peppers, one red and one green.
1.5 onions.
6 hot Italian turkey sausages (20 oz).
1 tsp of garlic powder.
1 tsp of dried and crushed rosemary.
1 tbsp of olive oil.
Salt and pepper.

How to:

First clean the vegetables and cut the potatoes into ½’ to ¾’ pieces and cut the onions and peppers into 1" pieces.
Place the veggies in a large bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, salt and pepper.
Cut the sausages into 5 to 6 pieces each and refrigerate.
On a greased sheet pan, spread the veggies and bake in a preheated oven to 375° for 20 minutes.
Take out the pan and top the veggies with the sausage and bake for 35 more minutes. Toss halfway through.

Definitely commenting on this thread so I can easily come back to it later. Always in the mood for new recipes and healthy alternatives to fast food. Those both look absolutely mouth-watering. Thanks for sharing.  :P

Breakfast Pizza

1 roll of crescent rolls.
1 package of white gravy mix.
4 scrambled eggs.
5 slices of crumbled cooked bacon.
5 slices of diced canadian bacon.
1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
Diced red and green pepper  (Optional)

How to:
Preheat the oven to 350° and grease a cookie sheet.
Roll out the crescent roll dough on the cookie sheet and flatten out then bake it for 7 minutes.
Now, make the gravy mix according to the package instructions and spoon it over the dough covering it completely.
Top the gravy with the eggs, bacons and cheese and bake for 10 minutes.
