This webpage uses two human silhouettes to allow someone to see the difference of heights between two characters.  It also allows you to link to a specific comparison (for example, Someone who's 5'0" standing beside someone who's 7'4" (http://www.mrinitialman.com/OddsEnds/Sizes/sizes.html?base_ft=5&base_in=0&comp_ft=7&comp_in=4).

That's a pretty neat little tool, I'll get some use out of that.
