Author Topic: Furtopia T-shirts V2.0 ready for order! (Read 30617 times)

As there have been some requests for Furtopia T-shirts we are now accepting per-orders. The advantage of per-ordering is that you are guaranteed we will order for you a shirt in "your size" and mail it direct to you.

A mock up of the shirt (not original) will be:

* The shirt will be a Jerzee 100% cotton (a good comfortable shirt used in past runs).
[Note: cotton does shrink a little when washed so if a size is snug on you then you may wish to get 1 size larger.]
* We will have sizes from Small ~~Medium~~ up to 6XL
* Cost will be $18.99 + $1/per size over XL (So a 3X would be $20.99).
* Shipping cost will be $6.50 (for up to 2 shirts). International shipping will be $19 (for up to 2 shirts - prices have gone up at the USPS). US orders will include a tracking number PM'ed at shipping.
* Deadline for pre-orders will be Aug 14th. Estimated ship time will be the 23rd of Aug.
* There are two methods of payment for t-shirts.
1) Money Order (Make payment to: Gene Angel 614A Licking St, Conneautville PA 16406) include a note with the mailing address, nick + real name, shirt size, and quantity you wish).
2) PayPal (to: fuzzydog@whiteshepherd.net --> Include in notes the size, quantity you wish, and mailing address, nick + real name).

We will still process orders after the per-order for any "left over" shirts. But sizes will be what we have and not guaranteed.

Payment examples:

1 XL shirt shipped to address in USA: ($18.99 + $6.50)=$25.49 total
1 XLLLL (4X) shirt shipped to the USA: ($18.99 + $3 size upgrade + $6.50)=$28.49
2 shirts shipped to address in USA: ($18.99*2 + $6.50)= $44.88
2 shirts shipped to the UK: ($18.99*2 + $19) = $56.98

Also if you still want to pre-order I ordered some "extras" in a few sizes just in case someone did not order in time. However when they are gone. They are GONE.

For those who do not know. When you wash/dry your Furtopia shirt turn it "inside out". This will increase the life of the shirt.

We are looking at getting small and extra small sizes. ~~However we have to use a different printer, it would be a transfer (instead of silk screen) and the costs would be a a bit higher (charged to us through the printer).~~ Size "small" WILL be silk screened like all the other shirts!!! Just for feedback how much difference would a medium to you make to a size small?

If someone really wants a small or extra small we can do it as a film transfer.

Oh yes... Furtopia T-shirts in the future will be entirely made of flexible touch screen fabric. Giving each wearer the choice of a standard t-shirt look all the way to a brilliant interactive personal "shirt" light show of their choice.

Would a medium be okay, or do you really want a small or XS?

A medium hangs off me like a tent >.< I'm very small and skinny. I think for the time being I'm going to have to say I'm out of this. Nice though it would be, my current unemployment is making the shipping and extra costs for a smaller size look a bit out of my league. If another of these gets run in the future when I have income, I would love to take part.

Oh.. I was interested in getting another shirt cause my old one is a bit big (medium) but it looks like you're not getting smalls. I wouldn't want an iron no transfer one either. I'd only want a shirt if it was silk screened. ):

Ok we WILL be offering extra small and small sizes. We have decided we will absorb the extra costs so they will be the same costs as the other shirts. It will NOT be a iron on transfer (those are like thick vinyl and awful). XS and S will use a film transfer (lighter flexible and breathe). We will see about posting a picture in the next week for review.

Ok we have talked with the printer and I have bought a smaller set of 2 screens for the size "small" shirts (this was NOT cheap for my poor wallet but was to make members happy). We will need at least 13 shirt orders to break even.

So to be clear we had to drop the extra small t-shirts. However... We will offer sizes Small to 6XL ALL silk screened. Enjoy!

I do sincerely apologise that I can't afford to buy a shirt at this point in time. I was interested, but have recently been hit with a lot of bills, unexpected payments for paperwork, and a customs charge >.< Sorry if I gave the impression that I would be a sure customer, only to have to back out, but finances are very tight right now (found out yesterday parts of my bathroom need ripping out and redoing on top of everything).

Paypal would probably be the easier of the two payment methods. Are you familiar with how to use it?
