Another day, another moment in history....
The glistening towers of the city gleamed in the night as Romeo glowered out of the window of Shadow Corp's New York branch office. The A.I. on his wrist whirred to life, bowing to him and speaking in her quiet, synthetic chirp. "Good evening Mr. Faust. Please do not forget your military conference at 8:30, and your meeting with the museum commitee at 10:00. Also, I took the liberty of organizing your files." Faust sighed, rubbing his temples with one techno-organic paw. "Thank you Aileta. Anything else?" "Yes sir. Tasuneviir and Reaper are being routed to your office. Supervisors have assigned the two to your orders sir." "Yes, thank you..."
Tasuneviir and Reaper both recieved simultaneous calls from the higher ups of shadow corp. The message was simple. Report to the New york city branch office of shadow corp, and report to A.I. designer Romeo Faust for further missions. These orders are of a delicate nature, and the pay will match.
Mikhail and Killswitch are similarly dispatched to New york city, with orders to keep tabs on shadow-corp's activities. They have recieved anonymous tip offs that the corporation is illegally producing and selling nano-technology, but to verify, they will need to capture and interrogate a high-ranking fur in the corporation itself. This is not a job that can be accomplished by moles and turncoats.

Killswitch arrived in a cargo trailer, booting up upon arrival and standing, moving to the door and waiting for his handler as a quick briefing scrolled down his HUD. Cutting through the ranks of a criminal organization wasn't the hard part in his mind, it was capturing the target that would be the problem; he was, after all, built to take criminals down.

Artyom was getting up from his usally breakfast; eggs and a cup of coffee. He went over to his wall safe, punching in a code. It opened up revealing his HASR, magazines, ammo, and his revolver. Each mag was labeled with what type of ammo it was loaded with. He grabbed his two guns and proceeded to take them apart for his routine cleaning. Grabbed his ghillie suit and inspected it. "Time to take care of some business." He mumbled, putting a fresh mag into his HASR, chambering a round.

Checking over his rapier as he reviewed his orders he eyed Killswitch was being involved. Having to work with someone was one thing but, why did it have to be this one? A feral killing machine isnt really the easiest thing to hide nor was it efficient. Though it could prove beneficial if it can take out heavily armed guards around one of the ShadowCorp officials they should be able to capture one. "I don't need to tell you how important this job is Killswitch. Let us try to restrain ourselves when we go in for a capture ok?" he swung the door open and looked fully at the other "We may need to find a way to transport you more discreetly through town. Any suggestions? I was gonna say trunk of the car but, you may weigh it down." He grinned sheathing his rapier

"I would not fit in a car trunk." Killswitch said flatly, stepping out of the trailer and scanning over the area with each of his visual overlays, then starting towards where his HUD indicated the armory to be. "Calculations reveal walking to have the highest success rate... Running diagnostic..." As he walked, his internal processor scanned over both his mechanical and living parts, checking for damage and run efficiency. "No damage detected... Processor running at peak efficiency. Temperature at minimum. Weapon rack 1 empty. Weapon rack 2 empty."

"Oh goody do you at least have a leash?" he smirked walking behind him as he listened to him run a scan "Does explain the extra ammo in the armory. So you suggest walking should I remove your weapons to not draw attention? I'm gonna be carring my stuff in a duffle bag." he started to move the door to the armory open and peered inside his left eye checking for heat first then did an xray scan "We can get what we need here and head out. If all goes well should be back in time for a nice cup of tea."

"Protocol reccomends equipping and arming weapons prior to deployment as too much time may be required in an emergency situation." Killswitch replied, stopping in the middle of the armory, his weapon holders clicking open as he laid down.

Allorah had remained quiet until now. She groaned unhappily. "Will you two just shut up?! I've nearly heard enough of your bickering on the way over here. This isn't some sort of contest. We're a team and I expect you both to act like it."

Hearing Allorah he chuckled a bit grinning "You know I think Killswitch comes with a muzzle...I think it will fit you Allorah." he saw Killswitch open it's weapon hatches "Let me see here." he grabbed the ones sent over for Killswitch and grunted "Damn...little heavy." he put them into place and stepped back from Kill "Ok there you are all set up." he looked through the shelves and grabbed a few magazines for his handguns, walking through the armory to see what else they had "Oh hey clothing as well. Really went all out didnt they?" he moved a few things around before grabbing a black leather trenchcoat and threw it on "Wonder if there is ballistic fibers on some of this stuff."

A polite cough from behind them signified the arrival of one of their government contacts, a tall tigress with plantinum blond hair and piercing blue eyes. Lady Grey. "Now now, come along children, if you dont stop bickering ill be forced to spank you. Now. Your mission. We need you to seek out and retrieve a high ranking member of the shadow corporations inner workings. We do not need a simple shift manager. We need someone who would have command and pull with the company. Do this well, and your pay will be substantial, as well as what im sure will be a deep personal satisfaction at removing a band of criminals from the world."

"Arming weapons." Killswitch said, the weapon holders locking down and scanning the weapons to determine ballistics and ammo capacity. "Objective confirmed. Eliminate lower ranking targets and capture high ranking."

"And who will be in charge of the squadron during the mission," Allorah asked curiously. Deep down she had hoped it was her so she could get the respect she deserved from her fellow teammates.

She smirked. "Your enthusiasm is heartening killswitch. And Mrs. Allorah, I wonder, perhaps, if you have any suggestions to the leadership of this mission? I am sure you are dying to share."

Dakota was up watching through the window of his top floor penthouse. The window had weather, news, and more. He was doing two things, sorting the news for anything of his old gang and watching the furs of the street below. The street was only important now because of the burning wreck by the side of the road. Someone had tried to double cross him, so he made sure they couldn't. Satisfied with it he left for the kitchen, grabbed a phone and called someone. "Where's that help I asked for? I need the new guy here now." The other guy on the phone explained that his new employee had gotten stopped in heavy traffic. Dakota wasn't entirely pleased with that. "He'll have to make up the time then.." He said ending the call.

"You would be of course Madam but, need to learn sign language." he said before he started to rummage through a few of the cases there looking at what they had "Yes let us hear your plans because, it seems Kill here is ready to start blowing away Shadowcorp. This is perhaps the closest we got to catching someone high up and I need to ask some questions to whoever we get."

"I do indeed have a suggestion if I may do so. I believe I am fully capable of leading this squad into capturing our prime target. This group is in utter disarray and I believe if I were in charge, I could straighten them out."

Tava sighed as she sat in the Limo. She'd been in deep cover for three years now acting as a bodyguard for this shadowcorp employee. It was the same today as ever, get dressed, covering up her bodysuit with the grey suit uniform that all the bodyguards wore and follow this guy from meeting to meeting. On the bright side, today she had made great progress, he usually only took two of his guards at a time into a meeting with him, but Greg was three weeks away from retirement, they'd have to find someone else to go in the meetings with him. Today he had picked her, unfortunately the meeting was a predictably boring one about foreign stock options, but she was still getting closer to him...exactly what she'd need to steal the nanotechnology for Wunderland. Deep cover meant that she'd only contact Wunderland a few times a year, but the problem is...their contact was two months overdue. It troubled her, but she stayed calm as she watched the fat weasel she was guarding sip his wine.

Artyom grabbed his HASR and his revolver, putting them in a bag. He walked out his front door, locking it. "Here we are." He opened the trunk of his car, he took his revolver up front with him. He loaded it up with hollow points, and put it under his seat. Starting his car, he drove off. He lived close to were some of the gang activity was; taking the back streets to avoid any trouble was a smart idea. He stopped close to an alley way, and climbed the fire escape to the roof. Once he was at the top, he loaded up and put on his ghillie suit. Artyom set up his rifle, opening up the bipod. He wanted to practice recon, so he watched the penthouse not knowing who he might find. He put his scope into high power. The scope occasionally hitting the sunlight, and flickering in the distance.

Dakota wasn't all too POed about the situation really. Traffic from where they came from was rather difficult in the least. Though the new guy should have planned accordingly. "Bring up TV with news on the window facing me." He called out loud and on the windows of one side of the room popped up tv and the other things he viewed from before. Unknowingly blocking himself from view somewhat for a certain someone. Though after viewing everything for a moment a rather annoying shimmering caught his attention, and he stared over to the other building. He turned and seemingly ignored it sitting down on the couch and watching the news.
He brought up his radio and called for his lead. "Have a sweep of the building across from me. The roof. I don't know what's up there but if it's a shooter I'd like a word with them. Especially if they figure out the windows are bullet proof." He put the radio down and then relaxed. Three guards headed across the street below to the other building and started their way up. "I wonder if he can read my mouthing from there..." He said with a little chuckle. If it was after all a hitman or something similar.

The tigress smirked. "Could you indeed? Well, I am sure that the higher ups will be pleased to hear about that. Very well. You are temporarily placed in charge of this squad. Do not fail us. While, as I said, the benefits of this mission will be lavish, the penalties for failure will be similarly..." She chuckled grimly. "Dire."

"Hmm damn it, you're about to lose some good furs." Artyom changed out his mag of AP to HEI (High Explsoive Incendiary). He slowly crawled from his position. Looking down from were he was he had and advantage. The fire escape and the roof entrance were the only ways down and up. The fire escape was a faster way but he risked getting caught in the open. Artyom was a risk taker, so he started to make his way down the fire escape. Keeping his HASR pointed near the entrance of the alley way; he slowly made his way down.

Dakota growled as soon as not only was it proved it was a sniper for him. But he was running already. "Two of you go back down." He called as the first one brief through the roof access door. The other growled and then went ahead on down. Dakota though he grabbed his IRPR (internal round printing rifle) and headed up to his own roof unprotected... Once he exited he looked over the side and called to the guy. "You know I'm retired right? Who wants you kill me huh? I can pay you double or even triple whatever it is I bet. My word don't mean much to you I'm sure. You been brainwashed to believe I'm a bad one to know. I'll have you know... My guys aren't there to kill you. I just wanna talk." He yelled all this over the side of his building with no cover except for angles. "Would I be up here in the open for nothing?"

Allorah was somewhat intimidated. She quickly nodded and saluted. "Yes ma'am. Our mission will not fail. Failure is not an option for us," she said with a confident smile.

"There is a non-zero chance of failure." Killswitch added in flatly after quickly running the numbers based off of what they knew already. "Probability increases with unknown variables..."

Artyom jumped down the last few feet. He cursed under his breath "so much for recon practice." He didn't want to get his car shot up, so he looked for another way. "I'm not here to kill you! It's hard to explain!" As he said this, he eased himself out of cover slowly. "Look no tricks or anything alright?!" He slung his HASR over his shoulder; he walked towards Dakota's area. Artyom was already concerned that they might have snipers too. "What am I thinking right now?" His mind raced with thoughts, and if something would go wrong he would make a run for it.

Dakota stood up top and called off everyone. Before yelling back down to Artyom again. "You walk on in. The Lynx women at the desk will give you a card for the elevator and you come up. I wouldn't try anything in there either... I promise you'll be fine!" He said as the last thing before going back inside. He pulled up his radio again. "Everyone we have a guest. Courtesy... Or else. He'll shoot you or I will most likely. Also... Ms. Sadie. Give the guy the key card." He added going over and waiting by the elevator.

Artyom gave a thumbs up to Dakota, he took his hood off. He walked until he was inside and said "umm hi I guess I'm the guy he's wanting to see." He managed a smile, in all honesty he was actually kinda scared.

Hearing the failure part mostly he grinned and his tail swayed behind him "Ooo you sound like one of those movie bad guys." he leaned on the table in front of him looking at the tigress "Guess that means you as well would be in trouble if we fail? Isn't it thrilling to know your career is on the line based on whether we live or die?" his tail went down idly swaying now as he looked at Allorah and Killswitch now "I'm ready when you two are. Besides I think the old tabby needs to go get a dish of cream as we do the hard part."

The lady at the counter did in fact go ahead and hand him a card. "The elevator is at the end of the hall to your right." She said with a smile. The guards all helped him on the way there if he seemed to need it to. Though the guard at the elevator didn't really smile... "We have a security case here for weapons... None of us need yours so they will in fact be here when you make it back down..." He waved his hand to the rather odd weapons case in the wall. It was definitely sturdy. "Can't go up otherwise. I'll even let you put them in there yourself." The guard said with a little bit of a grin.

Artyom understood why they needed his weapons. He took his HASR and removed the mag, charging the handle to let the live round out. He did the same with his revolver,removed his grenades, mines, and finally his knife. "Alright that's all clear, no weapons." He stepped into the elevator, putting his mag into his vest.

The tigress moved with frightening speed for one of her advanced age, gripping his jaw in an iron grip. She smirked coldly, eyes literally glowing from within as she eyed the mouthy mercenary. "This old tabby is in no danger here my mouthy little friend. But I do advise this. We cannot afford open war with a corporation as well connected as shadow corp. So, if you are caught...I am afraid I have never seen or heard of the three of you in my life...Understand?"
Romeo moved through the halls of shadow corp, walking with a few guards in black combat gear. "Men, I want you on your guard. Higher ups in the organization have informed me that we may be facing an attack from an unknown opposition group. Not knowing the group, I am afraid I cannot inform you overly much on their possible armaments."

The guard shrugged and the elevator closed and was up to the top on little time. "He's got some ammo but that's it." The guard said radioing Dakota. Dakota didn't say anything back and instead waited in front of the elevator until it opened. He was all happy but put his hand out as if to tell him stay. "Welcome! I don't know what to call you yet... Supposedly you aren't here to kill me." His welcoming feel turned far more serious as he waved him inside. "As long as you don't try anything you can keep that ammo on you..."

Artyom was a little on edge "You'll know my name soon enough." He replied, and followed Dakota. "Quite the place you've got." He looked around glancing around at things of interest. "I'm guessing it took some time and effort to get this much." Artyom typed some things down on his wrist screen and then hid it with his sleeve.

Dakota sighed and shook his head. "No. Sit down. I didn't mean like that. I'm not sure if I call you assassin... Or what." He said sitting down in his own chair. "It was earned. Maybe not entirely the legal way. But it was earned." He leaned forward and tilted his head ever so slightly. "So. Why exactly did you have a scope pointed my way then? It wasn't to count my teeth..." He said with a little growl. "I get lots of kill orders on me. I don't appreciate it of course... But such is life as a gang leader. Whatever. You tell me what you were really doing."

"I have many names." He sat down, and folded his paws. "I guess you could say I'm similar, not entirely legal but alive." Artyom took one of his mags out, with HEI in it and slid it over to him. ".300 RUM it's a nasty round. I was watching you, I prefer real "targets" to watch and study their movements." He looked up at him "You just happened to be one, and well the sunlight ruined my watching." He looked towards the elevator "Can I leave now?"

"Black op protocol active." Killswitch said, hearing the tigress explain the stakes. "In the event of capture, friendly agents are to be terminated and all vital information will be erased." That said, he started towards the door, ignoring the vise grip the tiger had his handler in, seeing her as a higher ranking officer he was not to interfere with.

Tasuneviir was awakened by an incoming message. He glanced over it, used the bathroom, packed some clothes and debated with himself whether or not to take the armor.
"Good morning, sir! One message came in moments ago saying that you must head over to the New York division of Shadow Corp and speak with Mr. Faust for your latest mission! No other messages, and your coffee will be ready in two minutes." His personal AI and close friend, said to him.
"Thanks, Roland."
"Would you like me to arrange your armor to your New York office?" Tasuneviir thought for a second, "Sure."
"Great! Your flight to New York will be leaving in four hours, I suggest you get to the airport."
"I'm packing, I'm packing."
"Umm... Sir?"
"Yes, Roland?"
"Can I come with?"
"Sort yourself for a transfer," Tasuneviir said, "we are leaving in ten." His holographic image shook with glee. He didn't understand why Roland was so perky in the mornings.
He went through security, boarded the craft and kept his bag on his lap, because in it, was Roland. He didn't want to lose him. A short while later, Tasuneviir left the airport and proceeded to the NY division of Shadow Corp. Once there, he asked for Mr. Faust and was directed to his office.

Two hours after the limo ride, Tava found herself reporting to Romeo for a reassignment. Apparently they were expecting an unwelcome party and rebalancing security, she had no problem with this but... Out of everyone suspicious of her, Romeo was the closest to being right, he also had seen the sleeve of her Sunderland exoskeleton that she wore under her suit, and from what she had heard about him...he wasn't the highest rank that suspected her, but he was definitely the biggest threat. "Tava Barnes reporting for reassignment sir" (not her real last name)

Romeo was sitting at his desk, hands folded and eyes closed as the two furs came in. "Ah, Mrs. Tava, Mr. Tasuneviir." He stood, hands folding behind his back as he took in the two other furs. "Excellent, I was waiting for you. I trust the two of you are aware of your current assignments." His A.I. rose up behind him. "Greetings. For those who were not adequately informed about the mission, we require our guards to investigate a series of disturbances. We are expecting government interference, and we are also worried about an in company spy. So, be careful with who you trust." The corgi's eyes burned into the two furs, watching them dispassionately. "Now, are we clear as to the nature of your missions? Tasuneviir, I require your services as a personal guardian. Tava, I am sending you in infiltrate the local government buildings and recover any shadowcorp files you can."

"Am I to infiltrate alone?" she had proven throughout her career here that she could perform better alone...in paper it looked like she simply worked much more efficently solo, but in reality it was because paired with someone she couldn't use her exoskeleton to it's full potential without it making it on to the report...and exposing her. Her voice remained passive, aloof. She half wondered if they suspected her as the spy, but she let nothing show. With him already suspicious of her, there's no way he didn't suspect her, so what was his angle?

He nodded. "Yes, Mrs. Tava, you are. Your records speak for themselves, and i dont wish to sacrifice quality for quantity, especially not in this instance." He smiled, though it was not at all warm. "I trust you can handle this? Do this, and I'll see to it personally that you get everything you deserve."

Tasuneviir nodded. "Yes sir." He left the room to go to his office where his armor and weapons were waiting. A few minutes later, he returned and stood by Romeo's side wearing his Venus Armor and holding his laser rifle.

"Yes sir...I'll move out immediately." she turned to leave his office, mulling his words over in her mind ~everything I deserve huh? Way to sound ominous... But if he knows it's me, why keep me around?~ by now she had made her way outside to her bike, a rather sleek and fast hoverbike, which she hopped on, drove a shout ways to an alley and put her helmet on before pulling off her guard uniform. She shivered a little as a light breeze brushed through some of the fur that the pink and black skintight exoskeleton didn't cover, her tail, the nape of her neck, a couple spots on her thighs. The helmet she had was a full face helmet, same colors, with a mirrored visor and slots in top for her ears to poke out of. Finishing this, she folded her uniform gently under her seat and drove to the target building.

Sid busted through the door. "WAIT WAIT!!" he yelled. "sorry I am late there were a bit of a problem but its taken care of." "So what did you need me for sir?" He sat in a chair waiting for a reply.

Romeo raised an eyebrow at the Bulldog. "Yes, you are late. And I didnt invite you to have a seat. Perhaps unfortunatly, that means you recieve the last task i needed to pin. Guard duty. I want you to protrol my office block, and alert me of any suspicious goings on that you notice. Gentleman, we have a bug in the company. I intend to find it...and crush it." He smiled grimly. "Don't dissapoint me again Sid. This is already a mark on your record." Turning to Tasunevir, he smirked. "So, first things first. What have you heard about me from other people in the corporation? Im dying to hear the local gossip?"
The building rose into the sky, a glistening spear pointed at the heavens. A well secured government intelligence building, known for high security and dangerous information.

Dakota nodded. "Yea..." Dakota looked over the ammo and played with it for a second. Then he adjusted and pulled a pistol from his vest under his shirt and rested it on his leg. "You know something?" He said putting the ammo down beside his seat. "That's a hard story to believe..." He chuckled "and that you expect me to believe it is pretty funny too. I especially enjoy the part where you show me the ammo loaded and aimed at me!" He stood and bared teeth as he said so. He called some though and sat back down. "I don't know if I should let you go. Or just get rid of you now. Right off the roof... Give me a better reason to let you walk out."

Mikhail swayed his tail still behind him before he watched the tigress in a flash rush him and snag his jaw in an iron grip. His eyes looked into her own. His mind thought on a few things ~She has speed enhancements as well strength. Guess I need to at least bide my time until this job is done.~ as she spoke of not knowing them if they are caught and would be considered not part of the government. He nodded his head as much as he could towards her as Killswitch went on by

"I won't let you down ma'am. I promise you," Allorah said placing a fist over her heart. "Now... if I may ask for you to let go of my comrade."

Artyom looked at him calmly "Don't believe me? It's fine you can shoot me too." He got up and put his hands behind his head. "I'm not armed either, and if I wanted to kill you you'd be dead already." His eyes darted to a place for cover. He let his hands down to his side, and he slowly started backing up. "I'm not stupid either, if i kill you here." He pointed all around then at Dakota "I know every single guard would be on my tail in seconds." He glared at him.

Dakota chuckled and raised the pistol at the man. "Yea... They would be. Let alone cameras.." He said with just the slightest smirk. "Honestly you'd be kind of useful... I don't do field work." He shrugged and then pulled the trigger and the gun just clicked. Dakota chuckled and there's the gun off to the side. "You can be of use to me, and I can help you practice... In a way."

Artyom flinched hearing the click and let out a sigh of relief. "You're a sick person you know that?" He couldn't help but laugh. "If its finding and eliminating some one, then we can make a deal." His voice a bit more business like now "I've been out of work for a while." He tapped his claws on the table, "What did you have in mind?"

"I haven't heard much, sir," Tasuneviir said, "but what I have heard is mostly garbage from people who tend to dislike any Shadow Corp personnel. What isn't garbage though is that you're intelligent and rich and lost an opportunity for a government job. That wouldn't have been very good, had you gotten that job because I would be against you." A pause. "I'm curious, Mr Faust. What have you heard about me?"

Tava looked over the building and the ones around it, it wouldn't be easy to get in through the ground floor, fire escape? Basement? Service entrance? She could use her cloaking, but she didn't know the full extent of their sensors. She dialed up her contact back at Sunderland but his line was busy...again.

The corgi chuckled, checking one of his many phones, before clicking it off and sticking it back in his pocket. "What I have heard, is that you are loyal, capable, and not an idiot. Thats all I need to know about you, because thats all I care. But by all means, tell me about yourself."
The security seemed fairly lax, and almost casual on the office building, with a few guards visible through the windows making their rounds on barely lit floors

Dakota sat back down and chuckled. "Really no more than you. Practicing with live ammo." He said leaning back in his chair far more relaxed than before. "I don't have anyone to. Take care of right now. But I do have someone giving info to a rival gang. I need that figured out and taken care of." He leaned forward again and gave a toothy smile. "What's it cost? To be a permanent addition?"

Artyom smirked "True, I guess we're pretty equal on that." He licked his lips and listened. "I'm good at recon, next time I'll make sure to bring a filter scope cover." He smiled "Ah Someone's snitching on you, and as for price ranges." He thought for a second "For a permanent spot with you? Hmm $230,000 a deal?" He held out his paw.

"What you have heard is true," Tasuneviir said, "I lost one of my arms in the last major government mission I was assigned to. The rogue mech had killed most of my team as they were distracting it from me so I could disable it. It took a very long time to do so, but it was done. It fell over and pinched my arm off because of its weight and how hard it fell. It wasn't clean. A very, very messy event. After that, I never wanted to work for the government again. They could easily have sent a missile to destroy it, but no. They had to send us. Now they're dead and I faked my death after starving on the streets." He sighed, rubbing the back of his neck with his mechanical hand.
"Sorry, I'm still angry for what they caused. I don't know why they built us, really, but I hate them for it." He paused. "I'm only four years old, you know. Most my age would be starting their first day of school soon, and here I am discharged from the military, missing an arm and walking in a heavy suit of armor.
"I'm sorry I ranted a bit, I've only told this story once before, to my AI, Roland, and he was there!" He took a deep breath, gripping his rifle tighter, then loosening his grip.
"It was a horrible event," Roland said. "He won't say it, because it hurts him, but his team was his family. They grew up together, faced the same hardships together and usually came out stronger."
"Please don't say anymore, Roland."
"Ok." He fell silent.

Dakota chuckled and nodded. He watched the guy get excited and was rather amused at how quickly things had relaxed. Even he had sat back in the chair pretty deep. "Not snitching. Per say. But either way I don't agree with it and my word is the law. He's not abiding and needs to be an example." After a price was given out he sat there thought on it. "It's a deal, payments are fine with me. Also if we are to working together, my name is Artyom...Artyom Mendeleev." He said it with pride.

Sid left the room after hearing his job. "Guard duty? Really? I'm better than that" He said angrily. "I Won't even get any action just guarding this place". Looking at his watch to see the time, he then sighed and went on with his job.

Tava squirmed inwardly. Her stomach growled at her as she snuck behind a dumpster and activated the cloak on her exoskeleton before heading in through the front door, waiting for someone to open it so she could slip in. Her skipping breakfast wasn't the only thing bothering her, it was that time of the month, and while the suits scent suppression would cover her up to normal furs, it hadn't been extensively tested against ferals. She looked over a fire escape plan on the wall, studying the floor she was on for a moment before looking for any information that might lead her to the floor she needed

Killswitch walked slowly through the halls of the building, allowing time for the other agents to catch up, but then paused as a scent caught his attention. It was faint, but intoxicating all the same, and almost caused his instinct to overpower his processor. After a moment of searching with his base senses revealed nothing more, he began flipping through his overlays to determine the source of the aroma, the fact that it was in the area and yet not from anyone in the area puzzling him.

Tava crept through the halls, padding silently towards a stairwell. It would certainly be less occupied than the elevator, and less likely to get her discovered. She rounded a corner just as killswitch was flipping through his optics.
As he transitioned filters there was the vague shape of a body, not easy to see, and wavering, but most certainly there. It froze as it spotted him, bot moving, not aware that it could be seen.
Tava stood still, her breathing went shallow and the blades on her gauntlets unfolded silently. There was no way he could see her.

Killswitch locked onto Tava's outline and started slowly towards her, crouching as a cat would when stalking its prey, as he pulled up the specs on the suit. "Wunderland operative, decloak immediately. Place your hands over your head."

The tigress unleashed her grip on the soldier and smiled. "Very well. Now, both of you. Get to work. I want to see results, and I want to see them soon."
The corgi chuckled, turning around in his chair and unbuttoning his shirt, slowly slipping the buisness suit off of his shoulders. In most cases, this might have been seen as an odd, and perhaps disturbing action, until Tasuneviir was able to see what his employer had been showing him. The corgi's chest was laced with surgical scars, and despite obviously being alive, he didnt appear to breath. "You are not alone. I was involved in a rather horrible accident. It left my chest cavity and both arms completely destroyed. Even with modern medicine, I barely made it." He chuckled darkly.
After a while, a small detatchment of basic guards reported to Sid, ready for orders. Working personally for such high ranking personel did in fact have its perks.

Tasuneviir took a step towards the breathless corgi to see the scars better. After a moment of looking at the scars criss crossing his chest, he asked, "If you don't mind me asking, what happened?"

Dakota nodded and shook with Artyom. Once that was settled he leaned back and shrugged. "You have access to the penthouse whenever. Keep the card for the elevator." He sighed then and shook his head. "No. He needs to be alive." He added. "Dakota. By the way."

" @#%$ " she sheathed her blades "but if I do that, you'll detain me" she checked the stats on her suit, everything checked out fine, so how could he see her? "I"m much too busy to be detained" she shifted her weight on to the balls of her feet and launched herself fowards aiming to run past the feral

"Noncompliance will result in lethal force. Decloak immediately." Killswitch repeated, snarling And leaping at Tava as she started last him, swinging a large, metal clawed paw at her chest in an attempt to bring her down without too much pursuit. He knew better than to use his firearms here, as he might hit another officer, but his claws were much more accurate and still very much lethal.

Artyom smirked as he shook. He tapped his claws once more on the table intently listening. "Thank you...Dakota." He sighed and said "Less fun for me, were does this little runt usually hide?"

She brought her gauntlet up to block, stopping her from getting slashed, but the larger beasts force still knocked her to the floor. She rolled away, hopping back to her feet and unsheathing her blades again " I don't suppose you'd just let me go if I asked nicely"

Romeo smirked, leaning back in his chair. "I had recently been fired from a rather high ranking government job. A friend and I were driving along one of the elevated highways through the tower district, when I was sideswipped off of the road by a "Drunk driver". I fell somewhere around 60ft, and fell out of the car. As I was laying there, paralyzed in pain, the railing of the elevated roadway fell on us. I was the lucky one. It only caved in my torso and arms. My friend, not so lucky."

Killswitch turned to face Tava once more as he landed, dropping into a crouch and giving a deafening roar; her scent was overwhelming, and he was clearing his head before activating his emotional dampeners. The intimidation factor was simply a bonus. Once his head was cleared again and his dampeners were on, he leapt at her again, bringing both of his paws down at her; he'd given her a chance to comply, now he was in for the kill.

Tava dodged left narrowly avoiding his pounce. She shut off the cloak and the scent supression as well as a few other things. She couldn't waste power on them now, and she wasn't sure if she could outrun the feral. Full on combat it is. She leaped at the feral, aiming to land on his back.

Killswitch turned his current visual overlay off when Tava uncloaked, and began to whip around to face her again, pausing as the full feminine scent of her washed over him; his emotional dampeners were just that, not completely overriding his emotions, and his instincts were effected even less so. She landed easily enough on his back, but didn't have much of an effect on him other than to startle him out of his pause; he was stoutly built, his reinforced bones and muscles taking the impact easily. He twisted around too late to prevent her landing, his powerful jaws snapping at anything he could reach, though his weapon mounts could easily get in the way.

As she landed she put a blade up to his neck pressing in as he started thrashing in an attempt to stop him just as his jaw closed over her other bracer "Now pup, you can die here...or you can take me to the server room" she kept as tight a grip as she could, she wasn't very strong, but she had speed on her side...though he could still overpower her at any moment if he got the opening.

Killswitch remained in position for a short time as his processor ran through the scenario with several different tactics. After a moment, he released her bracer with a pant, and gave a bluff. "Self destruct sequence initiated. Self destruct in five..." With his deadpan voice, and the mystery of what all military tech he held, it was a very convincing bluff. (I don't care if you call it or not.)

"Nice try pooch, you could have shot me, but you didn't because of friendly fire right? Well there's no way you'd explode on me... Not with that shrapnel turning all your co workers into a meat smoothie" she stood her ground grinning triumphantly for a moment before doubling over in pain clutching at her stomach "n-not now damnit!"

Killswitch growled, taking advantage of her pain and whirling around on her, twisting out from under her and swinging a paw across and down at her to pin her down.

Killswitch shook his head as if there were a fly bothering him and pushed down a little harder with the one paw on Tava's chest as he pinned one of her arms by the gauntlet and began pulling back to remove it. His emotional dampeners were beginning to wear on his system, and he'd have to make a decision soon; continue using the dampeners and risk an overload, or shut them off and risk being overwhelmed by instinct. Neither looked good. "Destruction of Wunderland infastructure now complete."

"Destruction? What do you know about wunderland?!" she struggled underneath him, without much effect "let me go damnit!" her pistols were strapped to her hips if she could just reach.

"Negative. Cease struggling." Killswitch replied, momentarily removing some of his weight from her as he switched paws to remove the other gauntlet, giving her a slight opportunity. He finally disengaged his dampeners to prevent overload, his nostrils flaring as he took in her scent, his pupils dilating thickly afterwards.

"Damn. Tech has gotten really good over the years." The wolf said, looking at the scars on Romeo's motionless chest. A few moments later, he asked "So who fixed you up?"

Romeo nodded at Tsuneviir, buttoning his shirt back up. "Shadowtech of course. I am not sure about the exact bio-scientist. They fixed me, saved my life, and offered me a job. Of course I took it."

After a few moments, red dots lined up across the pair on the floor, along with the whir of both emp rounds and anti-personell knock out rounds. A group of soldiers in black garb surrounded them, Led by a husky carrying a desert eagle. "Greetings and salutations mine victims. It seems you are in a rather...sticky situation. I do hope I am not interupting anything?" He grinned, thick russian accent slurring his words, though his eyes were cold, profesional, and ruthless

Killswitch took a moment to register the newcomers in his overloaded state, then finally turned to look at the Husky, his guns lagging behind for a second before following his gaze. Red flags were going up in his system, alerting him to the strain he was placing on his computer, but he flipped through his overlays and attempted to identify the husky by his signatures.

"Now what, Mr. Faust?" Tasuneviir asked, inspecting his rifle for shipping damages.

Artyom smirked as he shook. He tapped his claws once more on the table intently listening. "Thank you...Dakota." He sighed and said "Less fun for me, were does this little runt usually hide?"
Dakota shrugged and pressed a button for comms on the table. "What did we know about the rat?.. The uh. Snitch?" He said remebering there was at least one rat in his ranks. What came back was rather vague. "A feline. We think he hangs out in Chinatown." Dakota looked up to Artyom again and nodded. "Well. There you go. The rest... Is up to you, and those skills that you say you want practice for."

Artyom was excited and it was quite apparent. "Next time I see you I'll have your rat." He got up and walked to the elevator, pressing the button. He stepped in and went down to the first floor. Once he gathered his weapons, he made his way to his car still parked in the alleyway. He drove to Chinatown; cruising the streets trying to spot this feline he was supposed to capture.

Dakota nodded and watched the guy go. Part of him wondered if he would come back. Though he also felt he could believe him to a degree. "Good luck." He said after he had already gone. With that Dakota went back to his news feed. Nothing seemed all to interesting at this point. Although he was wondering where his new guy was... Traffic wasn't that bad.

Artyom spotted who looked like his target. He was talking to what appeared to be 2 thugs. He got out of his car, grabbing his electronic cuffs. The Shepherd looked strange still in his ghillie suit. He drew his revolver and walked over casually. The hammer clicked and he pointed it at one of the thugs,pulling the trigger. He dropped dead blood oozing from the wound. He kept his revolver trained on the other two "You, cat, comply now or you'll end up like your friend!" He grabbed him before the feline could answer, forcing him to the ground. The electronic cuffs tightened to fit the feline's wrist. Blood covered Artyom in splatters, he looked up at the other thug "No witnesses." He shot him in the head, dragging the cat back to his car. Once there he duct taped his legs, then his mouth throwing him in the trunk. He started driving back, speeding up quickly.

Concerned about the new guy once more he called his guy again and was almost immediately met with an answer. He was here already. Dakota chuffed and put the phone down, the gator was late and needed a chat. He called for him to come up and so he waited for him by the elevator.

Artyom pulled up a block away from the mansion. He got out, opening the trunk up to grab his target. He took out his knife and cut through the duct tape on his legs, leaving his mouth still taped shut. He pressed the barrel of his revolver to his head "Alright, move, try anything and I won't hesitate to put a bullet in your skull." He walked in and asked one of the guards if he could borrow his radio.

Romeo smiled at Tsuneviir, though the smile was far from warm. "For now my new friend, we simply relax, enjoy the fun, and keep our eyes wide open."
The husky came up as one Shadow-corp agent, unit number 865, callsign "Wraith". His speciality was recovering targets alive. He grinned as he eyed the two. "Well, It would seem that you both are wanted for transgressions of a very naughty nature. Though I have a feeling that had i not gotten here sooner, i might have had a much easier time subduing you both. I dont suggest you run, my men have an emp bomb rigged to go off if you attempt to move. And So you know, there is an explosive rigged to this building that recieves constant messages from my heartbeat monitor."

She frowned. things looked pretty glum, but it was worth dealing with...an escape later would be easier than running now. "Then you're aware of who I am and why you're here then?" she pushed herself away from Killswitch, but not in the direction of her guns or gauntlets "I've already been disarmed, and well...a girl does what she has to to escape" she stood slowly "But since i'm pinned down and compromised anyway, I may as well go with you, how long have they known?"

Killswitch remained watching for a moment longer, pushing down slightly when Tava attempted to unpin herself, then looked down at Tava, his guns moving to aim at her after a moment's delay. "Capture protocol initiated: erasing all sensitive information..."

The husky smirked. "Go ahead. We can easily just track you back to your main server. Or find other uses for you. Now, madame, sir...if you would?" He removed a set of magnetic cuffs from his belt, spinning them around one finger as he aimed his personal weapon at Tava

"Your weapon would be better pointed at him" she frowned "after all, like I've said, i'm disarmed...and he isn't" she kicked as hard as she could at Killswitches "jewels" in an attempt to get out from underneath him and away from the guns he had pointed at her before offering her paws forwards to be cuffed.

Killswitch roared as the kick connected, causing a great deal of pain as well as sending him into a rage that overwhelmed his processor. He launched himself at the husky recklessly, claws extended and ready to rend flesh from bone.

The husky didnt flinch, as several of his shoulders fired bio-electric charges into the feline, the charges designed to stun and shut down all non-essential cybernetic or biological functions, the effect of an elephant tranqulizer gun to enhanced furs, while the other soldiers cuffed Tava and injected a strange syringe into her arm

Killswitch's electronics shut off almost instantly, killing half of his muscle function as well as his weapons and processor. He continued forward with his momentum, his razor sharp metal class still extended and his body powerless. Without the aid of his muscular enhancements, the weight of his bones would cause him to collapse as soon as he hit the ground.

Tasuneviir smiled a small amount, which isn't something he normally does. It felt odd, but in a good way. "Friend" wasn't something he was to many people and so it felt strange for him to be considered somebody's "friend."
Although he wanted to sit, he was afraid he'd break the nearby chairs due to his armor's weight and so he stood, but in a more relaxed position. He slung his rifle across his back and began slowly pacing around the room. Thinking.
Always thinking.
Today. Yesterday. The day he lost his team. The day he was made. He thought about those things often, and occasionally you could see his face twitch in places while he thought. Cringing subtly to the sickening memories of the last time he saw them. His team. His family. He showed close to no emotion while he thought of these things. He always thinks.

Sid finished up his patrolling. "Everything looks ok." He said with a grin. He called his boss and informed him. "Sir I have Finished patrolling your office block, everything looks fine. Though I cant help but feel like something's not right. What do you think?"

At the distraction the beast had caused Tava cloaked and sprinted for her gauntlets. sliding on the floor towards them. They couldn't see her, and with any luck she could snatch the gauntlets and escape.

"Mr. Tsuneviir, radio the guards, have a helicopter readied and about to head out, we are leaving for the evening." He chuckled darkly, looking out the window. "Let us go out this evening for pleasure, the night is still young."

Dakota hung out rather chill for the most part. Until of course a guard was hailing him for the guy who had nearly just left. "He's back? Already? Fine fine send the pair up... Don't use the main elevator. The hidden one if you please." He said ending the call and looking at the guy that had just arrived. "Stay! Go back to ground level kiddo and I'll call you back up soon enough." He said moving on to the second elevator. The one that was fairly unused. "I sent the elevator down." He called over the radio.

Artyom stepped into the elevator. He slammed the cat into the wall in the elevator, making sure he didn't move. He took out, his knife and kept it pointed into his back.

The synthetic wolf nodded at Romeo and turned away from him and used his suit's communication systems to do as he said. He turned back to Romeo a minute later and said, "Guards have been radioed, the pilot has been notified and is currently running preflight diagnostics and will be ready to fly in ten." A pause. "If you need anything from here, grab it now."

Now, why dont you be a good little lapine and come out? Turn yourself in, and i promise we can make this far more...pleasant. I can personally assure no harm will come to you in my care..." One of the soldiers, obviously second in command, removed their helmet, revealing a beautiful female husky, who knelt beside Killswitch. "Fascinating. Unfortunatly, youve removed your capacity to act without your enhancments..." She pulled out a data pad, beginning to hack his hampered cybernetics
Romeo looked at Tsuneviir, gathering his things. "You know, that sounded almost supsiciously like an order. We need to wait for Sid..."

Killswitch gave a deep, low growl from his chest, loud enough to vibrate the floor around him, and closed his eye, unable to do anything to resist her hacking of his systems; fortunately, he'd managed to erase most of the more important, top secret files he carried, making them much more difficult to recover.

"Sir, you and I both know who gives the orders here. You. I simply made a suggestion. Also, I never said we had to leave in ten, just that it would be ready in ten. The pilot will wait until we are ready." Tasuneviir finished as Sid entered the room. "Ah. You must be Sid. Welcome to the party," he said.

One of the soldiers furthest to the edge of the group tensed as an invisible arm curled around his neck and his sidearm slid out of its holster, pointing it's self at his head. "And once I leave your care? Surely you don't expect me to be so gullible. We both know I'm only safe, wether you want me to be safe or not, as long as your superior is willing to allow a spy to live" the safety clicked off as her cloak turned off " and I'll only be allowed to live as long as I'm useful, willing to pass you information...and after I've told you everything, what then? I may be just another bodyguard to you, but I assure you, I didn't get in my position by being a private, I know the rules"

Romeo smirked at the pair of guards. "Well, we have traitors and opponents to go and apprehend, so i need you both to be cautious and alert. Understand? I wouldnt want to get injured because of your incopitance."

The husky beside killswitch chuckled. "Oh, thats nice....such an advanced machine...I'm fascinated!" She almost giggled, ears perked and tail wagging. "You are a marvelous specimen." The assassin chuckled, eyes closed and ears cocked up. "You know I'm not stupid enough to underestimate you. But i doubt you want to be killed for your job...Now, I recommend you dont to anything stupid." His guntip hovered, before honing in on her, a red dot sight illuminating over his subordinates shoulder. "I wont hesitate to kill you..."

Killswitch gave another low yowl and managed to pick a paw up and bat sluggishly at her. Though his paw was heavy, he couldn't move it fast enough to do anything more than knock her down.

Tasuneviir pulled his laser rifle out from its sling and held it close, his finger resting on the trigger guard, his thumb on the saftey switch, and he nodded once and said no more.

As he began to move the arm wielding his gun she. Fired and instantly cloaked, changing her position. "I would have thought that the whole "move and I shoot" schtick would have gone without saying sir" she looked over at the corpse and made for another soldier. "You've lost one man, I'm giving you an opportunity to leave...and leave the kitty here too" after she finished speaking she changed direction and went for another soldier.

Men, switch helmet visuals to sonar, find her, and break her...but dont kill her...." The husky girl meanwhile, fell over from the blow, laughing lightly. "Oh, I see so much promise from you! The things we will do toghether will be legendary!" She was almost drooling as she carefully picked herself up, ignoring her captain and crew in the face of the technological marvel before her
Romeo boarded the helicopter and turned to face Tsuneviir. "Come along, dont keep me waiting. I'm eager to get results, and im not a patient man."

His gun, unfortunatly, did NOT jam, as the other husky yelped, her PDA shattering into pieces as she let out a distraught howl of dismay. "MY BABY! MY PRICELESS BABY! DO YOU REALIZE HOW MUCH IT TOOK ME TO MAKE THAT!" She picked up the pieces, craddling them to her chest. "It's okay my sweet baby, its okay, mommy has you..."
Romeo snickered, climbing abord the helicopter, the pilot letting the two guards on before it lifted into the air, gliding over the city as it swept deeper inside, hovering on air currents

Ashe cried out in pain as the rubber bullets stung her skin. but in surprise at being shot she fell, dropping her suns. the jammed one stayed near her , but it likely wouldn't do her much good as the other one slid across the room.

Wraith jerked a hand, and one of his troops riddled the dropped gun with bullets, emptying a full automatic clip into the machine, while Wraith reloaded and snarled at her. "You had your chance..."

Killswitch gave a deep growl as the husky's hacking came to a sudden stop, at least leaving his mind free of her prying, even if his mods didn't work enough to even move him effectively. He slowly pushed himself to his feet, his legs spread out to the sides a little to stabilize himself and prevent himself from falling over again; he stood there swaying drunkenly for a second, then took a wobbly step towards the female husky.

Raya walked out of a bar she frequented, not completely drunk, though she had a fun buzzing sensation in her head, her mask hanging from her neck and her weapons on her hips. She walked towards her motorcycle, not particularly worried about the few other patrons leaving as she did.

Wraith snarled, pressing the gun hard against her forehead. "Dont tempt me rabbit." His other operatives closed in, surrounding her with gunbarrels.

The cop who pulled up at that moment obviously did worry about Raya. He removed his gun from his holster, aiming it at her carefully. "Raya! Put your hands in the air, and dont move!"

Killswitch snarled loudly and attempted towards the female, falling over once more and making the ground shake. No sooner than he hit, he began trying to get back up again, the awkwardness without his enhancements only making him angrier.

Raya sighed as the cop stopped behind her, slowly raising her hands in a fake surrender. "I had so hoped to drive away, too..." As her hands reached shoulder height, she quickly ripped the straps of her mask forward, bringing it up and sealing it in place on her muzzle, the synthesizer on her back kicking on instantly and flooding her air with nitrous, making her numb in moments. She turned to face the cop, pulling a cylinder from her hip and flicking it downward, her trident deploying from it as her net dropped into her other hand from a box on the other hip. Looking down at the city almost made Sid forget about his fear of flying. "Man the city sure is beautiful from up here isn't it?"

"It's the reason I like flying so much. You can see much more of the bigger whole if you put yourself up like this. Can't see the details that make up the whole, though. It's like those older screens, ya know? Get real close, you can see the individual little pieces that show the picture. Step back and see what that picture is," Roland said through Tasuneviir's armor's relatively weak sound system.
"I could care less," Tasuneviir started. "But the view is nice." He plopped the butt of the rifle onto the floor of the helicopter with a satisfying and heavy plunk.

Sid chuckled at Tasuneviirs comment. "Ha I will always hate flying even if the view is good. I don't have wings so should I be flying? No I am much much more useful on the ground than in the air, but if flying means I will get my next paycheck, then I will gladly do it". Looking at Tasuneviir armor in astonishment he had to say something else. "Wow that is some mighty fine armor you got there friend, may I ask what that is made of?"

Turning, Tasuneviir said, "I'm glad you asked and would be happy to tell you. It's a titanium alloy. That's all they told me. Weighs a few hundred though." He looked around and added "It is very unique, this armor. Can't find a whole suit of it anywhere. This is one of six prototypes and is the only one still functioning. And it was crushed by a modified construction mech with me inside. That's how this happened." He gestured at the torn, jagged metal that surrounded the upper part of his mechanical arm. "Titanium alloy huh? Don't think my heavy suit is made out of that. You know I am really good at repairing, modifying, even making new gadgets for my own suit. If you ever need me to, I will gladly fix your armor. Maybe make some improvements? Of course I would only ask a small...price for such a task. Man has to make money any way he can you know?" Sid was thrilled at the thought of being able to fix such unique armor like Tasuneviirs. Even happier that he might make some money as well, a win win situation he would say.

He thought for a second. "Alright. I've never been good at repairing things. Maybe someday I'll let you touch the armor." He looked Sid dead in the eyes. "Whatever you do, do NOT try to wear this armor. It will kill you." Tasuneviir looked out to the city once more. "And I can guarantee you, it will not be a quick death, nor will it be pain free." He took a deep breath. "I don't mean to scare you, just to warn you. We all had to watch a volunteer wear the suit as an example of how careful we must be, even with our enhancements. The armor built for the volunteer tore the poor guy to shreds, crushing every bone in his body. I'll help you stay safe around it if I let you work on it." He looked at him with a smile. "And I will pay you extra because a repair job on this is dangerous. Sound good?"

"I want you to know something else too. I was joking! That will never happen to anyone. The biometrics wouldn't let you in, your body won't fit in the suit, and the servos aren't strong enough to do that." Tasuneviir said, patting Sid's shoulder with his false arm.
