something happened at school that was odd.

yesterday my day was tough fell off my bike (im ok no broken bones) end of quarter missing assignments then at the last period during english i was checking my 3ds when i over hear that a girl said she was going to come to school dressed as a unicorn.

i was shocked at the thought so at the end of english i questioned and asked if she was for real and why was she going to do it she said because she felt like it and she said she was a girl of her word so i think may just maybe im not the only one.

i just dont know what to say that might: in a furries point of view show that the person knows your a furry

maybe if i show my art some sort of codeword that wont make the people around me wonder.

i would like some advice.

Don't over-interprete every word she says. Maybe she just loves dressing up.

You cpuld show her some furry art - maybe she says "Yay, I love furry art", worst thing that could happen is that she just doesn't like it. So you don't have much to lose.

ok let this threat be about odd encounters at school

so today I was at school just like a typical day
I was showing my art to people that thought it was cool till I noticed that I still hadent shown that many girls X) (silly me to forget)
anyway at fifth period I remembered that there were some girls that liked art and I showed it to them
then the shocker so she said "oh is that a furry" (oh no bro my covers blown)I litteraly jumped out of my skin my heart skipped a beat she knew what my art really was
then she said this I am paraphrasing and I quote "oh a furry is basically that I heard a lot of thing about them that didn't seem that good," then the girl next to her said and apparently she knew too "oh I think that stuff is just not true" then the girl that knew went on about "oh I heard that there is a lot of bad stuff about them and having fursuits..... conventions......CSI yada yada yada"then she said some thing to the girl next to her that she liked furries I would talk  maybe a little more about it I already tried to convince that the CSI thing was totally not true but I don't want fingers pointing to me so I think im going to lay low for a bit. . I just don't know what to say

id correct them. ill just tell you my case. i told a friend at robotics, it spread to the entire club. i had to correct him to the correct definition ( nothing complex, just a simple ( animals w/ human like characteristics. then say name any Disney character and guarantee they will have something anthro to them, weather talking or emotion or intelligence.) i still get teased but not in the harmful way, in they way friends tease each other for fun. so dont be afraid of playful teasing, if its ment to be hurtful, thats different. you could also show how CSI is complete fiction with examples such as the nonexistent technologies they use ( like enhancing images after zooming in). ok get this you all remember the girl at school that said that she was going to dress as a unicorn
shes doing it in 2 weeks. and turns out shes going to dress like that for a whole week. I'll make sure to get a picture. she said it would be simple but I overheard that she was going to wear a horn and tail (I don't know if there will be a mask) but she said something about boots.
I don't know if they are maybe hoofed boots but I bet it will be cool.

ok today was spirit day but out of the ordinary
I saw 4 different girls all wearing ear caps 
there were a lot of people wearing them so I asked them
"hey cool hat I saw many people wearing them is there a reason why?"
so I aasked and she replied and I quote
"oh no one knows why we wear them its for a certain reason"
at that moment im thinking "oh man I think im 75% sure im not alone right now"
so I went to next period and we were working in groups when I hear the word furry
and I hear some more girls saying they met a guy dressed like a fox and other stuff I questioned but got no reply

and now the most shocking story

so after thinking about it for awhile I went to our final period and our teacher asks
"ok what did you students do over the weekend"
here it comes after the common "oh I went to the pool" "oh I had no fun"
then the girl I said that was going to dress as a unicorn said and I quote "oh I went o ut of town to a convention" then the teacher asked "what kind of convention?" so she said ".....oh some convention were we dressed up, had fun, showed our skills, see art galleries, and party with people that like..... well.. what I like"
in that moment I knew she must have a liking for furries 
I just couldn't get up and ask her
but I plan to show her my art just to boggle her mind into getting the idea im a furry too

and before we could leave class she pulled out something like a collar made very thin with laceing
and before we finished work she pulled out her phone and all I could see from a distance were animals
(or so I could see)

if you think all this howls out furry
I would like some help and opinions

not all is lost, many furries like anime so theres still a chance. plus the ear hats are probably due to nekos.

I think that there is a very high probability that either they themselves are furries or they saw someone who is a furry at a convention they attended. (not necessarily furry, but furries don't only attend furry conventions) I think you should ask her ^^ GL

the girl that was going to dress as a unicorn didnt dress up because she lost her tail somewere 

i had my cameras and everything

she said she was a woman of her word so she will do it on halloween i'll be waiting with my camera

so you know sciex i scanned thru youtube and found out there were some furries at the fanime convention most of the furries in the group were wearing ears and a tail but one was in a partial fox suit [ well done actually]
