As per the dirrections, I have attempted several times over the last few months to send an email to join the Artist Parade. I keep gettting a failure of delivery notice. I know it's not my email because I send email to others just fine. Maybe there could be a forms method of joining that would send an email to the administrator but didn't actually rely on MY email?
