Fursuits and Stuffed Animals!

I've had a resin bat blank from PhazonAlloy for a few weeks that I've been working on, and I finally got the ears and eyelids on today! This is the first fursuit head that I've ever tried my hand at making, and while I don't feel like glueing stuff onto a resin blank is all that complex I still feel like I've accomplished something



It's got a moving jaw as well, I've got a video of the movement up here! It moves pretty responsively! I want to have it patterned out by this weekend, and furred by the next hopefully.

I really want to get some foam at some point and try carving my own foam blank!

Busted out my sewing machine again, and spent pretty much all of my day off yesterday working on a pattern for some kind of stuffed equine! It was a pain in the butt, and it took me a super long time, but it turned out better than I expected!

I give you... The Potatocorn!



Definitley going to have to do some adjusting to my pattern, and I can make his face/underbelly one piece instead of having him with a bit seam down his middle, but it's not bad for just kinda winging it!
