Dragon fursuit tail help

my suggestion is having a wire frame run down the center of the tail, & to not pack it too heavily (packing peanuts i hear works great). having it drag on the ground will make it more dirty & youd have to clean it more. o3o

I am very aware that i will have to clean it often. I just want it to kinda be like.. telephone for example.. her tail does exactly what i want my tail to do.
