So... you want your site to look exactly like that one?

It has some design issues 'though... and you'd certainly need to generate your own art!

Feros is a good site - very simple.
The banner at the top is probably made using Photoshop and the very simple html pages generated using ImageReady and Dreamweaver or something similar to make the image map for the links.
