The Furtopian Weight Loss Challenge!!

Daily Report:

What I Ate Today: Apples and peanut butter, Crackers with cheese and turkey breast (no mayo), LOTS of water, a glass of orange juice, slice grape tomatos, asparagus (sauteed), serving of baked seasoned fries, baked popcorn chicken, and a cookie from RK.

What Physical Activity I Did Today: Light Housework, Stretching

What I Could/Should Have Done That Was Healthier: No cookie, a better planned out dinner earlier in the evening, and mpre activity. I did drink a LOT more water today, which I'm proud of.

What I Can Do To Improve: Pre-pack my meals, and come up with a to-do list for my day.

What Did I Learn: I need to get my sleep schedule back on track, and I need to plan my diet needs into my day a little better.

Daily Report:

What I Ate Today: Wedding Cake, Wedding Cookie, Mac & Cheese, Salad

What Physical Activity I Did Today: Ran about town and the beach looking for people

What I Could/Should Have Done That Was Healthier: Lay off the Mac & Cheese ;D and the cake.. and the cookie.. XD

What I Can Do To Improve: Actually work out.. run and lift weights.. drink more water!

What Did I Learn: To resist the temptation of cake and cookies no matter how pretty they are. ;_; And to exercise more often... I'm gonna try to do it for 30 minutes everyday.

What I Ate Today: Fruit Smoothie, Asian Stuff Mom Made (It's Healthy.. that's all I know xD )

What Physical Activity I Did Today: Housework, walking

What I Could/Should Have Done That Was Healthier: Ate A Bit More But I really Have No Appetite..

What I Can Do To Improve: Eat a bit more.. drink more water

What Did I Learn: Try to eat a bit more to atleast have more than 200 calories in my system. Drink more water/healthy stuff.

What I Ate Today: 2 bbq meat tacos, 2 hotdogs with ketchup.  1 diet pepsi and 1 vault.

What Physical Activity I Did Today: walk around house, up and down stairs.

What I Could/Should Have Done That Was Healthier: exersiced more, the pool was offered.

What I Can Do To Improve: Less soda more water, more exersize.

What Did I Learn: Need to eat a lunch to keep my metab going.

Daily Report:

What I Ate Today: 2 palm sized waffles, small serving of bacon. Some syrup. Apples and peanut butter, cracker sandwiches (4), turkey and cheese and lettuce on bread, orange juice and water. I also had a small snickers bar. Oh! And a slice of watermelon.

What Physical Activity I Did Today: Walking, Light housekeeping at work.

What I Could/Should Have Done That Was Healthier: I ate the snickers bar because it had chocolate in it, which was a non-medicinal relief for stomach cramps.

What I Can Do To Improve: Find an alternative to settle my cramping. More activity. I slept for a long time tonight because I was exhausted from work and I had cramps.

What Did I Learn: Need to find better alternative to chocolate to relieve cramping. I'm finding out that after drinking water for a few days, I'm starting to crave it.

What I Ate Today: 2 Hard Boiled Eggs, Green Beans, Salad, Lean Turkeyburger

What Physical Activity I Did Today: Light Housework

What I Could/Should Have Done That Was Healthier: Actually did some exercise.. I was too busy packing ;w;

What I Can Do To Improve: Exercise!

What Did I Learn: To atleast try to squeeze some actual exercise into my schedule.

What I Ate Today: bowl of rice crispies with sugar and milk, strawberry-flavored water, stir fry, 3 slices of pizza

What Physical Activity I Did Today: Lifted 300lbs. of sand up a hill ':shock:'

What I Can Do To Improve: More activity, as always

What Did I Learn: Dont forget to tell the people you live with that youre on a diet. (I had frozen pizza for dinner without them knowing, and they went out and bought a new box.

What I Ate Today: 3 pork-veggie eggroles, a bolonga sandwich, Spanish Rice w/ Salsa, Salad w/Salsa, and a bowl of Cherios

What Physical Activity I Did Today: None ':cry:'

What I Could/Should Have Done That Was Healthier: Exercised..and maybe lose an Eggroll and the Bolonga sammich

What I Can Do To Improve: Start working out!!!

What Did I Learn: Salsa is a veggie XD and eggrolls are good for you somewhat, if you cook it in the stove or microwave

I need a weight GAIN plan XD
115lbs and 6', I'll gain 2 lbs for 2 months, then lose 6...my metabolism is too fast, I eat popcorn daily, have HUGE chicken quesadillas at least twice a week, am a steak lover, and so on.
I'm already past the point where most of the people in my family put on weight when they were my age, so I need more food! I hate chocolate,fudge,peanut butter, and pumpkin....that might have something to do with it  ':shock:'

EDIT: ah the hell with it XD

What Physical Activity I Did Today: Run 2 miles, walked home from school, curl ups

What I Could/Should Have Done That Was Healthier: eaten SOMETHING even though I never got hungry....

What I Can Do To Improve: eat more somehow

What Did I Learn: holy crap I don't eat, now that I look at it, I havn't had over 3000 calories (aside from the soda) over the last 3 days O_O (I havn't even had my sugar addiction kick in...)

What I Ate Today: I had grape tomatos (6) with 5 cracker/turkey/cheese sandwiches. A granola bar. A small plate of elbow macaroni and meatballs with tomato sauce. And a hot chocolate.

What Physical Activity I Did Today: Worked out at the gym, walking.

What I Could/Should Have Done That Was Healthier: I should have drank a lot more water.

What I Can Do To Improve: Drink more water. I'm CRAVING it!

What Did I Learn: Working out + jeans = suckage.
