I get the phantom tail alot, especially when I see FOOD  :D
I also growl when I am mad, yelp or yip when I get surprised or hurt, I <3 chewtoys! (if you count a twig or popscicle stick as a chewtoy)

And, as an answer to Dog_OF_War7's question:
Ok just a quick question does anyone eles's leg start to kick when being scriched or is that just me?

Yes, that too  :D

I tend to scan ditch banks and field edges for prey animals when travelling. If the varmint I'm focused on stands up to get a better look, I freeze in position until it goes back to munching on crops again before resuming my pursuit.

I frequently feel a phantom tail, and sometimes I feel phantom ears.
And if I’m relaxed and I close my eyes I can sometimes feel a phantom muzzle.

I’ve also been known to growl, but that’s more intentional than instinctive.
