I think we should cut the legs off of some useless human and put them on the fox.
Fox could make better use of them.

Seriously, it is sad to see this fox like this, but it can keep going. 
Makes me fight a little harder today.  If the fox can, why can't I?

Not just surviving, but looks to be thriving. I wonder if this is a congenital condition? I'd expect to see something like this around Chernoble.
