Favorite fruits

What are some of your favorite fruits that you enjoy? How do you like to eat them: As they are, or served with something else?

Blueberries, raspberries, and bananas are easily my favorites for almost anything, but especially just eating raw.

Strawberries, blackberries, raspberries and cherries are my favorites, but I very rarely get them these days (tight budget). When I do, with a splash of cream is the best way to have them :3 I tend to eat bananas, grapes and apples more, as I can get more of them for the price.
Fun fact: apples are my bearded dragon's favorite fruit.

Avocados are best. With chicken or mexican food. Otherwise, bananas raw as-is, frittered, in a milkshake, or for currency. Cherries for flavouring things or in black forest anything, blackberries for jam, raspberry drinks and peaches either plain or canned.

Grapefruit needs more love! Definitely my favorite. The pink ones especially, but they're a little rarer around here.

I like a lot of fruits. One that isn't on the list is kiwi! Love kiwi. Also mango. My absolute favorites are watermelon, cherries, peaches, nectarines and blackberries.

Voted for oranges, strawberries, blueberries, pineapples, pears, and grapefruits.

Of those; grapefruit, pear, and strawberry stand out as 'top three' favourites.

Kiwi is nice sometimes but the flavour is generally far too subdued for my liking... same with watermelon.

Kiwi with other fruit (especially berries!) is fantastic though. The other fruits I'm generally content with eating by themselves.

I love grapefruit, but only when it's prepared right.  It needs to be peeled.  Completely peeled, including pulling the internal membranes away.  That's a fair amount of work, but I generally find it enjoyable.  And, really, it's just a crime the way that most people will simply chop a grapefruit in half and think it's somehow edible.  All the bitterness in the peel contaminates it then.  If it's peeled right, it's not bitter.  It's just sweet.

Pomegranites are also fun to eat.  I guess I like fruit that makes me work for it?

My favorite, though, is raspberries.  Blackberries and marionberries work too.  I'm also developing a taste for eating a granny smith apple every day.  It's not as exquisite as fresh raspberries, but it's cheaper and easier to come by in the winter.  And the tart, juicy crunch is quite enjoyable.  Bananas are good on ice cream or in peanut butter and honey sandwiches.

Some of my favourite fruits are oranges, apples, grapes, pineapple, watermelon and cherries. To have all six of them served in a fruit salad... *faints from happiness*

Peaches aren't half bad either.
