My job!  I hate it!
So what else is new, huh?

I am given tasks that I can not complete, yet given a deadline.  When I ask for clarification, none given, no help at all when I ask for it.
I document what I do and who I ask for help and who I have talked with and such.  Nothing.
My employer seems to think this stuff is easy and allots 3 days for something that takes 2 weeks.

Sadly, this is how my engineering career has been since I have started it.  So I either need to do "Better", find somewhere else to work, or do something else entirely, which is the direction I am leaning now.  Too bad the things I want to do pay too little to buy food to eat and get new shoes every 3 years...

My CAP unit is hosting a party on the previous Thursday. I may attend as my RenFest fox character. Likewise when handing out treats on Sunday night.

The entity which maintains the nearby rail trail recently set up some concrete barriers to abate the illegal motor traffic on paths blazed down to the river and through private property. Orange plastic snow fencing was tried in the past, but was cut down and pushed aside. Despite the concrete barriers set up at the city limits, someone cut a path from the rail trail to the off-road path by going through the thick underbrush--likely with a weed whacker.

Mom reminded me of a drive-up roasted chicken dinner takeout this afternoon. While heading out, I spotted a fox and was able to slow down so the rascal could safely cross the road in front of me.

Discovered a bent nail in one of my tires today. Gotta drive to work and back, then to the body shop. Maybe they can address the puncture.

I personally will be going to Disney World the whole weekend of halloween (and the week after) as I go every year (to celebrate my birthday week). I have no costume plans or anything else, will probably just end up drinking and partying at the Airbnb with the girlfriend.

Trump's control of his followers is strange in that they claim they don't trust
government, yet they are willing to trust Trump. A man who lies every time he
opens his mouth. The big reason he wants to hide what he does is so he can
lie about it. If the Democrats fail to get tough with the GOP and Trump, this country
is in real trouble, because the  GOP is learning Trump's dirty tricks, and is more
than willing to use them.

If Trump regains the White House and control of the legislature, he will do all he
can to turn the country into an autocracy with him as it's leader. Think the military
will protect the country? Think again, because Trump will put it under the control
of his supporters first, because he now  knows it's the only way to gain real
-control of the country, and would have 4 years to pack it with support
for
him.

We should remember when Trump became president, he had little idea of what he

could do. So by the time he found out, he didn't have time to use the power to
gain full control of the military, as he likely thought he already had it. This was likely because
he had no real idea he could win, and by the time he felt he could
he didn't take the time to learn about how our government works. He spent the first
2 years trying to run the office of president just as he had his businesses he failed at. Because he
Trump just wants to be a big shot playboy and little
else. So the
great pretender just played being president, because he had little idea
how to otherwise.

The worst part is Trump is a first class con artist, and has convinced millions of
people he is good for the country, which he definitely is not due to the fact he  is
mentally ill. Sadly his followers don't want to believe this, which makes it just bat
much worse with the GOP using Trump trying to gain permanent power over the
country, to benefit the richest 5% of Americans. Leaving the rest of us to exist the
best way we can, and by the time Trump supporters realize what he and the GOP are really up to, our democracy and constitution  may be lost.
