Your index page has a nice design. I'd drop a few <br /> under the graphic to space it out a bit though. I feel that'll help that page breathe a little more.

The small screen size is interesting. Most web designers would probably yell at you to space it out, but I think you did a good job, and it works. It's not a gallery, all it needs to do is communicate information and you do that well. Also, the highly constrained text width gets a kudos from me for readability.

That said, I would like to note that the Q&A part of the site is difficult to read... looks like you broke something there? I must also add that red links on dark red isn't such a great idea... the contrast simply isn't there. Perhaps you could just use standard black for the links as well as the text, but underline it.

You did a nice job with the theming, although I have to note that some of [the headers] can be difficult to read.

I really like how you gave your text blocks a darker backing. The lesser contrast does improve legibility... for the same reason why you don't want to put black wording on bright yellow backing (the contrast is so high it's difficult to see!'>.

Thanks for the crits and such. Yeah, I have noticed that something happened to the Q&A section. I haven't been able to fix that, but I may have backed it up somewhere.
