Fursona's Birthday and Your Birthday?

Just browsing through the Calendar there and it made me curious; is your rl birthday the same as your fursonas?
If not, why? :)

Mine and my fursona's are the same; mostly because I didn't see a reason to change it but after thinking about it for a while I realised my Birthday is in September which is kind of the "season of change" (Autumn, new schools etc) which I thought fitted my fursona quite well :3

So yes, thoughts? :D

I'm not overly keen on celebrating birthdays IRL due to the way I was raised. None of my sona's would celebrate theirs - Loc wouldn't be overly concerned one way or the other, Quillruke would flat out hate them and Caleb would think them pointless wastes of effort. But if they did, it would be the same day as my actual birthday.

Same as mine IRL, except since Amducious is a feral Sergal he wouldn't know or understand if it was his birthday.

Different.

Red foxes are most commonly born in the late winter to mid spring, and my fursona (David) is no exception.
However, I don't have an exact date of birth for my fursona (feral foxes do not live by the kind of calendar all of these pesky humans do). So I am only able to discern an approximation, but nevertheless it differs considerably to my real life birthday.

I think Bronx's birthday would be in October or November; I really love those months because of the holidays and the weather during that time. With my birthday in March, that is definitely different (:

like i said in some other topics my fursona is me just with a different appearance. so same birthday too.  really dont celebrate birthdays anymore tho, at most just movies and/or dinner is what i have (tho i do look forward to my b-day since i get freestuff from my parents so yay i guess.)

I would say my fursona has my same birthday. Course if he was a real rabbit
he would be as old as 6 or 7 rabbit lifetimes. Or at least 20 wild rabbit lifetimes.

So when I say Old Rabbit I mean OOOOOld Rabbit.  :D

My Fursona doesn't have a birthday. Being a robot canid his is more of a build day. But it's the same as my birthday.

It's the same! Much easier to remember it that way. Chills doesn't celebrate her birthday but definitely would if she was closer to people. If there was free stuff to be gained.

My fursona was actually made sometime in August, years ago.

Earth and Alteria have two different calanders. Robert Silvermyst was born on the 28th day of spring during the 41st year of Sekhmet. The years are divided by seasons, not by months. Since spring starts between the 19-21 of march (Let's say 20th for argument's sake), that would place Robert Silvermyst's birthday at 16th of April. My birthday is 12th of January.

Iara's birthday is a month later and a few days earlier than my birthday--she was born in the middle of June. My other fursonas don't have a birthday yet...not sure why I don't have them figured out.  :o
