How many fingers does your sona have?

I was just wondering. Mine has five on each hand, but I see a lot with four... what do you prefer? Or does your sona have more than that, or fewer? Or does it change from sona artwork to sona fursuit? What do you have, and/or what do you prefer?

Mine has four fingers, I just find four fingered hands easier to draw.

It varies depending on what artwork I have of my fursona and/or on a fursuit. In my avatar on the left, my first fursuit had three fingers and a thumb. If I ever get a second fursuit, which is doubtful,......it will have five fingers instead for easier grabbing and holding of things.

Loc has five on her one arm. Her other arm is a detachable prosthetic, and she has upgrades with four fingers and a thumb, one with a pair of knife-like claws, and another with two fingers and a thumb. Although she could have others thrown together to have any number of fingers she wants, or none at all.

Both her legs are prosthetics too. One pair have four toes on each foot, the other pair are similar to those of Yelena Federova.

We all have 5 standard digits when we have hands at all. Normal paws tend to be 4 + dew/vestigial

I haven't thought much about it. The artwork I originally drew for Bronx has 5 fingers on each hand, although if I ever decide to draw him again I would probably only draw 4 fingers on each.

Iara has three digits per manus, complete with primaries and secondaries along her wrists and arms! Her first digit can act as a thumb, allowing her to type. 

Moongaze has four fingers and a thumb, like most anthros, when she isn't feral. When she is feral, her hands become paws, and her fifth finger becomes a dewclaw.

i have pretty much normal human hands/fingers though instead of a finger nail it's the claw like thing that dogs have. 5 fingers on each hand (considering the thumb as a finger) and no pads on my hands (pretty much just a furless area on my finger tips/palm, though it is dark like a dog's pads)

this might be of a different topic but seems close enough. its pretty much the same thing for my feet (though instead of a clam normal toe tail since claws would be horrible with shoes/socks)

You know, I've never really thought of it before. I'd say 4 "fingers" (two hooves per arm), maybe some evolved dewclaws if the poor guy wanted to hold anything :-?

Mine has four fingers and a thumb for her hands. So pretty standard.

I always figured for her 'feet' she'd have four toes and an attached dew claw but I just checked my reference sheet and there's no dew claw draw in. I guess it's just not a detail most people / artists think about.

Mahao has typical 4 fingered 1 thumb hands, and I haven't really thought about feet. I'm probably gonna say he has 4 toed feet, and a larger dewclaw/velociraptor claw on the inside of his feet, for grabbing and gripping onto things.

Mine has four fingers on each hand (three normal fingers and one thumb), and three toes on each foot.

I feel like it's just easy for me to draw her that way... Additionally, I guess I'm used to seeing a lot of cartoon animals in media that also have four fingers and three toes. So it just became a habit for me to draw most of my characters that way, too.

I have to say, I'm quite happy with my current arrangement of digits, so I'm definitely keeping all five.  They do have pads on the palm and fingers though; fur would make it difficult to grip things otherwise.

Chills has five fingers, probably because I've never had a problem with drawing them. Some artists choose four fingers because it is easier.  Lately I've been drawing them with pads as well. It just looks better to me. As for toes, they have four even though I sometimes slip up and draw only three.

4 fingers and thumb on two hands and two fingers and a thumb on the other two sometimes I'll make them have four fingers instead of two. I just like the more human look owo

akira had five fingers, just because thats how i learned to draw. i tried doing four fingers once, but i failed
miserably. however, the fingers have pads and claws and all that.

Mine has 5- I did draw 4 for a while when learning how to draw hands for the first time but I hated how it looked compared to the rest of my style; I didn't think it matched very well :XD:
When drawing ferals I still draw five (including the dewclaw) on the front but I'll change to 4 if I'm drawing some really cartoony like Bugs Bunny style or whatever
