I wasn't looking in the pinned topics. It should be moved down with the others or put as it's own topic like the Furry Greeting is.

I moved it there since wishing someone a happy birthday is a form of greeting and salutation.
It was pinned since it deserves a bit of prominence in that forum's listing there.
