Plans for a Furry Halloween.
« on: October 01, 2016, 12:46:43 pm »
October brings thoughts of Halloween to  many people, and furries too.

So what are your plans for Halloween?

Be it furry or whatever.  :)

One thing to remember is to be safe. If you wear a full costume
you should have someone with you in case of trouble. Also wear
relective materials so drivers can see you.

Good luck and have fun. :orbunny:

I don't do anything "furry" for Halloween.
Otherwise.........
Saturday the 29th: Go to a local model contest.
Sunday the 30th: Nothing in particular. No plans.
Monday the 31st: Same as Sunday.

Just because I don't do anything or dress up doesn't mean I don't like Halloween. It's just that there's nobody around to join with for Halloween festivities. And even if I did do anything furry for Halloween, I'd want a new fursuit first. My old suit is "too old" to be used anymore.  :P

I have work on Halloween so I will be relatively non furry. I might wear my new ears Sunday evening though. Hopefully we get trick-or-treaters; we've managed to decorate the apartment this year.  (:

People don't like for their kids to be scared too much. In the town I live in a young man
dressed up in a wolf costume to give kids a bit of a scare. Apparently one of the kids ran back
to their parents car crying. The parent called the Police and they told him to not be scaring
litle kids any more or else.

I think all he did was say boo or growl a bit, but it was a realistic wolf head. I imagine he would
have been popular with teenagers. But not little kids. Probably would have been better at a party
or in one of those scary house setups.

Me I will be handing out treats as my RL self. If I dressed up as a rabbit or Jackalope
Hare I would make a really big one at over 6 ft, and 200 pounds.  :D

May channel Nick Wilde at work, but will likely be passing out candy as Howler of the NHL Phoenix Coyotes.
"The coyote is a living, breathing allegory of Want. He is always hungry. He is always poor, out of luck, and friendless. The meanest creatures despise him. And even the fleas would dessert him for a velocipide."~Mark Twain

o.o Hmm...guess I'll watch for loud teens then.

I kind of did scare people last year but it was in moderation, and only on my property. I avoided little kids (1-11 YO), I wouldn't be able to see that kid cry the rest of the night away because I jumped from the side of my house.  :'(

BUT IF YOU MAKE TOO MUCH NOISE AND SCARE OTHER PEOPLE, then beware mwuhahahaha...ok maybe not too scary but still  ;) It is halloween afterall.

I'm brave...I'm plan to dress as Nick Wilde during the school day--difference being I'm the teacher, not the student!  Not sure if we're doing a school wide thing for Friday or Monday yet.  Partial of course, so no face mask or anything, since I'm still the teacher in the classroom so you have to see my face. :D   Ears and tail on their way (hope they work), and I found a tie at Wally World that is close enough to Nick's style that you wouldn't know the difference unless I showed a picture of him.  All the cosplay ones have the stripes in the wrong direction.  Mine at least has the stripes in the right direction, but the color is slightly off.  Still need a light green collared shirt, but that should be relatively easy to find.  Haven't decided if face paint is worth the effort.    Last school I was at teachers could dress up or wear a costume of sorts if they wanted to.  I've sort of dressed up or dressed down before but never really did a costume before.

I don't think trick or treaters come to the apartment complex I'm at, but I really don't know since it'll be my first Halloween at this place.

I'm making a zero suit Link costume, with green and gold and stuff. I'm going to a party at least, and am handing out candy with my friend.

I'm going to be making a Neo outfit and wearing it to school. Luckily, I got permission to wear a trenchcoat to school. Nothing furry though.
I have a marvellous signature which this text box is too narrow to contain.

No plans. I'm an antisocial hermit so parties are out. And I'm broke until December so no money for a costume even if I wanted to do something.
Meddle not in the affairs of robot dogs for you are crunchy and make an excellent fuel source.

No plans I do not celibate Halloween, but I do had out candy if there were anybody at the door in the first place . I do wish our churches get back to the idea of celebrating All Saints' Eve.  I also do not like how a dusts co-oped  Halloween.
