Are video games getting more furry?

Super Mario 3D world seems to be leaning towards more furry stuff.  Even the advertisement seems furry ish.  I do not play it, or many games really. Just thought this was kind of neat

I have seen more furry games on Steam in recent years.  However, I don't think Super Mario 3D World is leaning towards furries.
