I have always not liked smell of any smoke. Wood smoke makes me upset and irritable when I smell it for days.
I can often smell metal.
I can hear very low pitches and feel what I call "pressure waves" and they make me extremely upset at times and I have to get away.
I feel like I can sense when something it's behind me.
I want to sleep in an area that is dark, cool, preferable in a lower level, with my back near a wall, no windows preferable ( like a den)
Is this in any way connected to being a furry?

I don't know if it has anything to do with furry, although I can attest to what you've said here.
Wood smoke: great in very, very small doses. A whiff on a brisk fall or winter day brings fond memories. Anything more than that, though, no thanks.

I doubt it. It's probably has to do with genetics or nurture.

Ditto. Same here. And I especially hate when people are burning piles of leaves. :goldpissed:

I have heard of some cases akin to Missing Limb Syndrome where the "limb" in question was a tail or wing.

At the convention I talked with a guy who was a mechanical engineer for Raytheon who would swear he had a tiger tail, and in fact when he was in high school gym class he was afraid it was showing.
He seemed very smart and aware of the real world etc. But that might be getting off topic.
He did mention he had a good sense of smell.

I've known furs to sometimes speak of having a phantom tail, ears, etc. Doesn't seem to be too unusual amongst furries.

Well...i guess furry is just weird as heck. And things I thought were odd IRL are more normal here
