Web Design Support forum.

After discussion with other staff, the Web Design Support forum:
http://forums.furtopia.org/index.php?board=3.0
........which used to be in the Furtopia Services Support section, has now been moved to the Archives section as that particular forum is no longer needed. That forum was a throwback to past years long ago when Furtopia used to have hosted websites and members needed help on creating/designing their hosted websites. Since web hosting has been closed for a few years now, the Web Design Support forum is no longer necessary.
