I certainly didn't. Homestar Runner is a flash series that started back in 2000 (and sadly hasn't been updated since December of 2010). I'm a huge fan though ^_^

I'm super psyched! Looks like i'm going to Anthrocon! And since it looks like my parents might just swing most of the expenses, i'm probably gonna get a sponsor registration! I'm a little nervous but i'm also really excited!

Although suiting is fun, it is not by any means the only thing to do at AC.  If not having a fursuit was your only obstacle to overcome to get to AC, you might want to consider going anyway.

Only about 20% of attendees at AC have a fursuit.  As a fursuiter, I have to admit that I probably only spend about 6 to 10 hours in suit during the whole duration of the convention, from Thursday-Sunday.  That's not even 25% of my time spent at the con.

That's true, so maybe if I have enough money to go I'll drive there. If Furtopia still has t-shirts I'd like to wear one. I have to find the topic that has shirts again but I know I've seen it somewhere. After doing some price checking will be my deciding factor if I go or not.

I think I might be able to go.  I have to save a bit more for gas/hotel, but I have more than enough for the super sponser as is. Unless people want to do a road trip and share a room to help cut costs, but I really don't know anyone here. If anyone wants to share a room I'm more than comfortable sleeping on the floor. I hope this wasn't too much to ask, I'm kind of really excited while asking this.

I checked my finances and I will be going to Anthrocon 2014. I'm still very excited and I hope to see other members of Furtopia there.

I know last year there wasn't an official Furtopia meet-up set up due to lack of known forum-goers being present at the convention. The past years I've went, there was an impromptu time selected based on the programing schedule to meet up in The Zoo. After that we broke into groups to head to restaurants and such. My gut is kind of picky on what I cram into it so I never went to the dinner parts of the meet-up. Though having recently discovered Tonic's menu last year, I could be up to grabbing a bite there.

Past years it was on Friday night. If there isn't anything pressing in that time slot this year, I'd love to meet some folks and make some new friends! If the schedule is too demanding, I think I will be arriving at the con on Thursday or even Wednesday if anyone wants to meet pre-Con.

Once time gets closer and the schedule is posted, I guess we can try to find a time to get a bunch of us together?

I think that would be something fun to do and for me to meet up pre-Con I'd have to really check on the dates. My boss might not let me have some extra time off for the holidays, but I'll try.

gonna see how finances go. Did AC this year but i could have done it a lot better.

but now im not sure if i wanna do AC again or try out MFF. both great cons with different appeals.

We'll see how much money i get from selling the chook tin and the bike. might be able to make a decision then.
another 2 cons in my country to attend first so plenty of time to worry about AC later
