Title: No notifications?

Odd problem to report.  I have it set in PM/account preferences to have emails sent whenever someone sends me a message.  I've been going back and forth through PM with kobuk these past couple of days, and not once has a notification ever been sent to my email.  I double checked, and its definitely checked.  Its not going to any spam folder.  Its simply like no notification is ever being sent.  Any ideas why this happens?

Our email server is currently down. Staff know about it and are looking into getting it fixed.

That explains it!  At least its good to know I'm not going crazy and didn't forget to check some random box on page 3 of section 4.  Thanks. :)
