So what anime songs, soundtracks, BGM (Background music), music artists/groups, etc. do people enjoy?

I own three Angela albums and I'm a fan of Ayumi Hamasaki as well.

As far as Anime OST goes, I am a HUGE fan of .Hack//Sign's OST, along with just about anything Yoko Kanno has ever composed :)

Some of my favorites from the soundtracks that I have…

From the Inuyasha Soundtrack,
Come, by Namie Amuro,
Fukai Mori, by Do As Infinity,
And Grip!, By Every Little Thing.

From the Fullmetal Alchemist Complete Soundtrack,
Rewrite, by Asian kung fu generation,
And then there's lots, and lots of classical compositions,
Like Revelation, composed by Michiru Oshima, which is part 4 or 5 of the Dante suite,
And Way Home, composed by Michiru Oshima.
I could name many more from the 90 tracks in the FMA OST collection,
But these are my most favorite, (though I'm probably forgetting something).

From the Ōkami to Kōshinryō Soundtrack, (Spice and Wolf)
There’s a lot of interesting music on the CD, but it’s a bit to folksy for me,
My only real favorite is the main theme, Tabi no Tochuu, by Natsumi Kiyoura,
(which is pretty much the only song that’s not in a folk style on the whole album).

And then there’s the Wolf's Rain Complete Soundtrack,
Stray, by Yoko Kanno & Steve Conte,
Heaven's Not Enough, by Yoko Kanno & Steve Conte,
Strangers, by Yoko Kanno & Raj Ramayya,
Run, Wolf Warrior, Run, by Yoko Kanno & Joyce,
Face On, by Yoko Kanno,
Shiro Long Tails, by Yoko Kanno,
Sad Moon, by Yoko Kanno,
Gravity, by Yoko Kanno & Maaya Sakamoto,
Tell Me What The Rain Knows, by Yoko Kanno & Maaya Sakamoto.

I could go on endlessly about this topic, but these are the most prominent favorites for me.

Aye,  I really like the orchestal parts of the wolf's rain soundtrack.  I seem to be one of the few people who didn't really care for stray...  o.o

But Shiro Long Tails and Friends....  <3

I like listening to the Code Geass soundtrack...it adds to the whole mood of the anime, making things more intense.
