I'll just number the questions to keep it light!
1. What kind of clothes does your fursona wear, if they wear any at all? Is it just a general style (goth, raver, steampunk, cyberpunk, casual, historical/period etc)?
2. Do they wear things you wear, things you want to wear, or something else?
3. Do they have any accessories? Are they optional?
4. What's your favorite outfit for your fursona?
5. Does your fursona have special clothes for their species or anatomy? (For example, a bat with snap-on clothes.)
Go ahead, I'm curious to know! This isn't some thinly veiled attempt to get ideas for my fursona's fashion, not at all >_>

My fursona dresses in a gothic style, like I do, usually black but with occasional blues and reds. She always has nine earrings and a navel bar (again, like I do) and a collar. Her outfits are usually what I actually wear, but are sometimes what I would like to wear if I had the money, heh.

I'm rather Narcissistic and am especially proud of my stripes. So clothing is pretty much a no no for me. After you see my butt, you'll understand hehe.
As for assessories, again, I really dont have anything that is a regular prop. I have a leather belt pouch that will hold a wallet, camera and other essentials while I'm at the Vendor's Room as a con and I'm suiting at the time. But thats about it. Oh, I might walk around with a sports bottle with a long straw, usually filled with water or some type of electrolyte. But that is only for hydration purposes only and not really a part of the fursona.

I mentioned this on another thread, but I prefer for my fursona not to wear clothes. I think fur is a sufficient covering, especially during the warmer half of the year - and during the summer, I think it's cruel and unusual to make furries wear clothes on top of their fur, lol. Think of how hot and matted you would get!
At colder times of the year, though, my fursona is allowed to wear the awesome coat in my avatar. 8)

My Fursona is dressed militaristic, or what you would see a wanderer w ear.
He has a trench coat, thick leather jeans, and a pair of very large combat boots. He also has a walking stick, where if you rotate the handle correctly blades will come out and it becomes a broadsword.
He considers them a form of protection, which has been proven correct on several occasions.
His trench coat is a family heirloom, from his great, great grandfather, who fought in the war of skulls. The trench coat has three unique properties. The first is that it is made of a hardened material that makes it flame resistant, bullet proof, and quite flexible for the wearer. The second is that when ever you need money, all you need to do is reach into the left pocket and, you will retrieve a gold minted coin. The third and most important, is that if you button out the coat all the way, it can create an illusion of the wearers appearance. My fursona usually uses this so he doesn't have to buy a suit for a fancy party. He also uses it to become invisible (He needs to use that one a lot).
I am fan of coats. If possible I would wear a coat every day. The fact that they were designed to keep you comfortable and protected, is something I admire. I sadly do not have any heirlooms or trench coats, so all I have in common with my fursona is that I have his broadsword. (I hope he doesn't come looking for it...

as you can see i wear a long sleeve yellow undershirt, with a double shouldered red jacket with a yellow accent going up the center.
a large yellow sash around my waist, and a pair of red hakama pants.
the geta have a hole in the back for my tail to come out of.
shoes are optional, but when dressing fancy a pair of Geta are worn

my fursona doesnt normally where clothes due to the fact of having fur (it is a bit uncomfortible to wear clothes on fur)
but when she does its usually goth/punk in style
a robe or cape
and sort of scaf to rap the wings
favourite fursona outfit isnt an outfit its her zombie form
complete with chains and bandages :D

Avan likes capes, long coats, and nothing, and also has an azarian director's uniform (reminiscent of military uniforms) used for international formal events. (Generally azarians wear nothing other than situational or occupational safety gear - Avan is eccentric even by azarian standards, though its in little ways by comparison).

Capes and scraves are a must. when it comes to street/casual, I always draw my characters with shirts I wish I had, or I wish would be made.
Also shoes, boots or tennis shoes, which are uncommon among anthros

I'm getting a lot of awesome ideas. I think I've decided what I want my fursona to wear. She's the type who'll wear ripped up jeans and a band t-shirt (probably Placebo, Nirvana, Beck or Flogging Molly), no shoes, and sometimes a fedora.
I'm thinking of my other character's styles!

Pants
My fursona wears pants.
Highly conveniant things.
They contain pockets.
Pockets can contain other things.
They also keep particular parts of ones anatomy sheltered.
Which is handy.

Usually nothing but a collar and cool sunglasses, although in the company of humans or other creatures of modesty I may also wear pants, a shirt, a riding coat, boots, and an Akubra.

1. Junyad usually either wears plain old travel clothing (He usually resides in a fantasy setting) or a wizard's robe. No shoes, due to paws. He doesn't mind being naked though.

Yeah, I've been wanting a gothic leather trench-coat since I was 9, I'm just waiting untill I'm 19 so I don't grow out of it xP

My fursona wears whatever she want's, most of the time. (She can go from Lolita to casual in about 5 minutes) Though I should note that her favorite style of outfit is a form-fitting top, a big, billowing over shirt, and baggy pants (and a belt, if necessary!).

Robot dogs don't tend to wear clothes as the fabric may get caught in the joints or interfere with movement. But I am heavily armored so I don't need them anyway.

My fashion style: bootcut jeans, logo tee, and on open button-pup shirt. brand-name sneakers. Spiked hair.
My fursona's fashion style: he same, but take away the logo tee and shoes.

Pretty much same as I mine, I suppose.
A preference for t-shirt under a button-up shirt and vest, blue jeans [or slacks], Vans or similar. And jackets as soon as it gets cool enough.

Is it just a general style (goth, raver, steampunk, cyberpunk, casual, historical/period etc)? Well I love my gadgets and gizmos so I need plenty of pockets, and that means Cargo Pants. Additionally a shirt maybe, but always a nice light Duster. Boots are used when I'm worried about my feet.

For the most part, the Duster is something I'd like but other than that I've got most of that stuff.
3. Do they have any accessories? Are they optional?
A custom made pistol and an enchanted sword. They are very optional.

That one, that's all not much else.

Other than the gaping hole for the large tail not much.

Post apocalyptic mixed with princely style. Fancypants apocalypse I shall call it, all made by himself from all kinds of nasties.

I would wear it, perhaps one day I'll make it.

AK-47 with bayonette, Knife, cigarettes, shackle around his neck, perhaps gloves if he feels like it. But strictly no hats or scarves because they'd mess with the hairdo

The one I just designed, I should do a detailed reference for it sometime.

This one fits better with my birdguy character, who would need special alterations to allow him to wear clothes with wings and no shoes.

I would say, generally speaking, that my fursona would be dressed in 1940s clothing especially a zoot suit. Why? Because the suit looks like it and I have a sheer enthusiasm for that era, too!

1. More or less the same thing that I wear. Cargo pants, some sort of t-shirt, usually a Pittsburgh Penguins one, with either running shoes or waterproof boots, both black. Bundeswehr field jacket and fingerless gloves if need be in cold weather, with a liner for the jacket and thicker gloves in winter. In the summer, cargo shorts with a belt, the same sort of t-shirts and running shoes (if it's really hot he'll just go shirtless and barefoot though).
2. Yes, I own and wear the clothing that my fursona wears.
3. Well, there's some basic items in the jacket or pants pockets, Swiss Army knife, a little money, screwdriver, watch and the like. I guess you could count the jacket and gloves as "accessories". Oh, and rubber-lined dog tags with personal info. He carries many more things and wears different clothes when airsofting just like I do, but I'd get completely carried away if I were to go into that.
4. His usual one, I guess.
5. There's a hole in the seat of all pants for his tail, and slits in the top of any headgear for his ears. Other than that, I don't think so.

SK likes his fur, so unless the conditions call for it, the birthday suit works just fine. :) No collar, as he is not domesticated. 8) For going on adventures, long or short pants, with handy pockets, for carrying stuff. Loud shirts if the occasion calls for it. :D
He will wear work cloths, gloves, hats, coats. Whatever is needed, to get the job done.

1. Her everyday clothes are lose pants, dark color shirts, boots, and a heavy duster.
2. As I love the gothic style, the art of stealth, and anything tactical I would like to have a whole closet for this kind of stuff.
3. Suppressed Chytech 220 Intervention firing a .338 Lapua round for when she need to reach out and touch someone.
Twin flat black, fixed blade knives and a small caliber pistol for closer than desired range.
When more protection is needed over mobility she has a full body exoskeleton suit (similar to John's from Halo).
4. When on a mission she wears a high collar, long sleeve close fitting shirt, long pants that aren't form fitting but close with tactical style pockets,
boots, and fingerless gloves. All black with deep purple accents.
5. Besides a slit with a button on the back of the pants for her tail they are regular clothes.
I think that about sums it up. :)

When he does (depends on the day) it's usually just what I wear. Metal band shirt of sorts and some loose cargo pants. No shoes and no accessory type things. Fur is a good enough cover for most days.

everything oversize. same as me in real life really. the root of all this lies in the fact that i'm a well-proportioned 6ft7 tall, and so clothes for pretty much every part of my body are difficult to find. so i resort to buying clothes online in the biggest size possible. as a result i've got some pretty ridiculous items, but they're my faves.
that is, my fursona wears oversize clothes when he wears clothes at all. i haven't gotten a pic of him wearing clothes for quite a long time. not in a pervy way, it's just that nakedness seems to suit him.

My Fursona started off wearing nothing but pants. Yeah, just pants. *Snickers* He's slowly slipped on a more "Scene/Goth" look, and it just kinda stuck. Hoodies and torn tight jeans are the norm for him/me.

I changed my fursona a bit. He now has synthetic skin over a robotic skeleton. I decided he needed fur. The fur however is stitched together and half of his torso and face are a different color than the rest of him. I wanted to go with a frankenstein kind of thing. I also toned his powers down a bit. He's still got his super strength and healing factor but he no longer has the laser cannons in his palms or the ability to fly. I'm not a big fan of guns due to having had one pulled on me when I was 16 or so. I only included them originally because it seemed the kind of thing an anthropomorphic robotic dog should have. His twin swords are the only weapons he uses now.
He also wears clothes now. Just a pair of pants though. Mainly because a shirt would hide his stitched together torso. It's the best way I could think of to give him fur and make him look like a construct of some sort.

My fursona is a feral (walks on all fours) so he's naked pretty much lol. ;)
Umm he will wear accessories and hoodies if needed. Arm warmers, necklaces, piercings, bracelets.. He doesn't like collars though. He thinks it's ungodly for an Anubis.
I on the other hand do wear collars, but that's just so others can see that I'm a fur.

Saliaven usually wears the wizard robe displaying his rank (Mage First Class 1:N - signified by the runes on his collar and cuffs) and training (Thaumaturgist class 1, Enchanter class 2 and the various proficiency marks - signed by the primary and secondary colors of his overrobe and by runes on his chest) and his regional affiliation (Fir region - signed by one big letter on the back of his robe and two more on the sides). He wears black underneath and open in the front. Though Thaumaturgists are supposed to wear white with blue, Saliaven prefers the red with gold of enchantasy and is more often seen in that.

I wouldn't mind having that set for myself, and perhaps when I have him as a suit I will.

He can produce his staff at will, though it's more like a driver's license than a functional tool. Modern magi do not require anything that large as a rule.

If he ever wore a hat, he'd want holes in the top for his ears. Sometimes he has a hole in the back of his robe for his tail, sometimes he forgets about that.

Generally a slight gothic style, nothing too crazy, maybe just a hard-core or military edge to normal outfits.

She wears what I would wear if my mum wasn't so controlling and would actually allow me to have my own style :(

She always wears a red collar with a round, silver name tag with なりこ written on it (the Japanese word for thunder, as well as her first name)

The clothes I like tend to be things I can wear in everyday life, so if I had a fursona, I imagine it'd wear what I do. Something along the lines of: shirt, cargo pants or jeans, boots, and either a long sleeved dress shirt over the top or a jacket, depending on the environment. Sometimes a coat/duster.
As for colour, I only wear greys, blacks, brown/tan and sometimes olive drab. No particular reason, bright colours just vex me.

Kaprika genneraly wears things of the Scene,goth,visual kai, emo sorts

she does tend to gravitate towards my style, but since i think clothes on a furry is a little redundant she dresses rather sparsely. i myself obviously dress fully

yes. she has all sorts of peircings she alternates through. lip, ear, belly button, eyebrow, pelvis, snake bites.

i have no set outfit for her yet. as usualy its just a bunch of acessories..still workin on a outfit

i dont know about that. but she has a nobody coat that allows her tail to come out the back

1. Shivu (never really being anthro) never normally wears clothes, if he ever does, it's a kinda 90s/ 2000 style- a checkered shirt with a long-sleeved white shirt underneath and dark blue jeans.
2. If you mean accesories, occasionaly. I have Shivu wearing a red bandana on his head in some pictures, in real life I mostly get called a hippie for wearing such things- pff, did you ever?? The other thing I'm "allowed" to wear in RL that Shivu wears is my wolf claw necklace (not real!!) but this is only occasionaly, since it makes no sense for a wolf to wear that sort of thing (:

My fursona always wears a green Atari tee shirt, jeans and an old pair of Nike sneakers. I know it's oddly specific, but I modeled him after my own favorite outfit.

Ken's style is kinda like mine. Jeans, a t-shirt(He favors white shirts meanwhile I love shirts with stuff on them). He also wears a black tie-up headband and black sneakers. Simple but stylish at the same time.

A white herringbone twill shop coat when conducting range operations or tinkering.
A desert tan combat vehicle crewman coverall when on duty, or just out and about. The coveralls actually have a zippered and velcro closure seat flap which accommodates the tail nicely. The epaulets are part of an extraction harness built into the garment and may be grabbed to yank the wearer out of an AFV when incapacitated.

Spy Carter: his average spywear is a pair of darkish grey pants with a similar shirt. The top is pretty tight fitting and seems to have a redish tint to it. He wears his dog tags and his shoes are white sneakers or no shoes at all.
Casual Carter: bright standout showy colors! Lots of blues, reds, oranges, whites, and yellows. When I picture him now he's wearing dark blue jeans with a white shirt or white shorts with a sly blue shirt that is brighter than his fur.
Or he could wear greens and blacks with darker colors.

Summer/Spring: Some sort of Dorky T-Shirt(Doctor Who, Video Games, etc.), Black or Beige cargo pants or shorts, and usually an Orange zipper hoodie.
Fall: Black overcoat, long-sleeved T-shirt, black or beige cargo pants, and a Fedora.
Winter: Black Overcoat, Cardigan with shirt & tie, black or beige cargo pants, Soviet military surplus Ushanka hat.

My fursona is modest enough to wear clothes. She goes for the steampunk http://t.co/Fav32k0X (http://t.co/Fav32k0X) and white apparel [http://t.co/J8sZICg6]. Also, she's not stranger to a gypsy fashion. She keeps her garderobe pretty light because of her fur.

My fursona is still underdeveloped, but I've always liked the look of just jeans without a shirt. :) Definitely something that lights up, like a glow stick or something, on the pants or hanging from the neck. NO HATS! probably black pants, but with several pockets for no reason :D. I guess kind of the Raver look, but since he's a war dog, he could sport a gun from time to time. I guess he would wear what I would like to wear.

erm.. but when he's wearing clothes.. I want him dressed somewhat country or western/cowboyish. I secretly want a cowboy hat but I'd feel a little weird wearing something like that where I live. :O I did used to wear cowboy boots all the time when I was in elementary school though. They aren't the most comfortable things around but they have style for sure.

1. I'm not sure how you'd describe it... Kind of... Warrior-monk ish? Typically it's a tight fitting black shirt and pants under a black robe with a rose embroidered (also in black... Yes, there's a lot of black. X3) on the back.

1. Adrian has lots of clothing, most of it is raver style, but he also has goth clothes, his tuxedo (for formal occasions), and also his fedora with button down shirt and jeans Because he likes hats. His most common outfit is a pair of jeans, a collar, and four glowsticks. He occasionaly wears clothing just so humans and other creature will stop nagging him about it, but he doesnt like wearing shirts because they are hot, and he will not wear any shoes besides flipflops (and you have to force him to wear those.)
2. If I could, I would wear his oufits, but with a shirt on, because I no has fur.
3. He usually carries at least 10 glowstick, holding four and carrying the other six in various pockets. He has a golden hoop in his left ear, and sometimes also wears bracelets. If he is wearing his tux, he has a swordcane, a tophat, and wears either a black or a white rose in the buttonwhole. As mentioned befor he also has a fedora. He also has been known to wear a trench coat when it is really cold, with a design of six black angel wings around a full moon on the back.

Dodbringr usually wears militaristic clothing, such as an army jacket and a beret.
Vladimir usually wears some kind of black hoodie (it HAS to be a hoodie).
Xavier wears a black jacket with the collar (as in coat collar) raised.
All three of us wear some sort of ring.
IRL, you could say we dress rather gothic, as in mostly blacks and dark stuff. We would wear a collar, but we currently don't own one (to be remedied...).

My fursona dresses like me, or else in stuff I would wear. Basically, steampunk lite.
My rp character for the most part dresses in men's clothes and wears utility belts and heavy work boots. She also has a socially acceptable dress for walking around in the city.

My fursona dresses however the heck he feels like. He's a semi-reflection of myself, as he'd dress how I feel I'd WANT to dress. At least MOST of it.
I don't think there'd be too many styles that some part of me wouldn't go for. So really, as long as it appeals to me in any way, I'd wear it. Therefore, so would my persona. But I could seriously go for nearly any fantasy outfit, I love them. And by that I mean like any fantasy things. Armor of all kinds, weapons, steampunk, knight, neo-soldier, neo-citizen, magely, horror-esque (There are some limitations to what my fursona would wear there. A few), pretty much anything.
As for preferences... Comfortable stuff with subtle (Or sometimes not so subtle) hints at humor, personality, and other stuff. Basically just cool graphic t-shirts or whatever else looks neat.
And pants. Usually.
...And then there's all the "feminine~" stuff I could totally go for. Especially stuff like arm warmers and leg warmers. Tighter-to-the-skin ones. With stripes.

My main fursona, Emma, doesn't wear clothes often, but when she does she likes to wear long skirts and dresses. :) Otherwise she'll just wear accessories, like her favorite baking apron for when she makes cupcakes.

so i have 2 setup for Kore. one where he is pretty much like me. with synthetic clothing, ( nylon, polyester, etc) that is usually a t shirt and cargo pants ( i don't understand jeans, i never were them) and sometimes themed Cotton shirts like in my avatar. ( his shirt says don't panic, and im currently wearing a PLTW proud shirt)
the second is after a war where there is more advanced tech. so he has fire warrior armor from the warhammer 40k universe. and his left eye is a bionic because he lost it. I'm debating weather or not to give some augmentations and artificial limbs though. he also caries either a dubstep gun or pulse rifle.

Go ahead, I'm curious to know! This isn't some thinly veiled attempt to get ideas for my fursona's fashion, not at all >_>
1. Iara doesn't have clothes, she is a hedonist and an exhibitionist by nature, preferring her downy coat over her sleek scales to stuffy cottony woven clothes. :P
2. Again, Iara would rather use clothes to line her nest than to wear. Except for an occasional silk robe, which suits her nicely. :) Even then her wings tend to not fit well into sleeves...silly wings...
3. When Iara was a rambunctious, featherless and anatomically incorrect youth she wore sunglasses. As a matured and anatomically correct raptor, Iara now chooses to wear a single accessory--her mentor's talisman, a necklace made with branch fibers and an Archaeopteryx feather pendant in a brilliant blue.
4. Iara prefers her own feathers. Although summoning ancient magic makes her...on fire, so to speak... ;)
5. Once again, the best Iara can wear clothes wise is a silk robe. That's about it. Forget about asking her to keep it on, though... :-[

Still designing the different 'suits' for Cause. The suit coat and what's under it will be part of the overall fur suit. Instead of it being added to or over the fur. The front of the torso will be sewn in as part of each coat.
Clothing
A Jimi Hendrix style jacket, scarves and shirt. I want a good two feet of fringe on this thing.
A fake leather ( polyester lycra blend ) full length studded coat. Think Rob Halford from Judas Priest. If you Bing Rob halford and check out his stage wear it's easy to tell he's NOT wearing real leather. LOL I've got samples of material coming in.
A blues coat and vest. Not Zute Suit but not high fashion either.
Naked. I'm also planning to have an upper body fur suit that will attach to the leggings just like the suits will.
No pants or shorts. Pants are for people. Not rats.
Wearing things I would wear? No.
Accessories?
headbands and other hippie stuff for the Hindrex suit.
Not planning anything for the studded coat.
Probably an old hat for the blues coat. Might even make a cigar box guitar for this as well.
Favorite outfit?
Honestly everything is still on paper so I cant say. But I think I could have a blast with any one of the three.
Special clothing? Being a pure anthropomorphic character without pants Cause wouldn't need anything special.

Usually a sort of casual classic look, a lot of soft fabrics and skirts or simple, comfy dresses... a lot of dancewear, but more the warm-up/practice stuff and not performance costumes. Stretchy or loose things that move with you well. But... they have been known to don a number of different fashions and historical costumes just for fun! It just isn't their everyday.

A little of what I wear, a lot of what I'd like to wear.
3. Do they have any accessories? Are they optional?
Accessories are pretty optional. I mean, often a collar with a bell or a little neck ribbon or something like that, or just a nice necklace. That's the most common. Almost never shoes, unless I feel like drawing a plantigrade version just for the purpose of doing cute shoes, or if shoes would complete a certain outfit. Maybe gloves or arm/leg warmers, but there's nothing that's set in stone except for their glasses, and they need those to see!

I don't really have a favorite at the moment. I just like designing different looks.

If they wear pants, tights, or leggings, there has to be a tail hole, but aside from that and the shoe-avoidance, not really. Well, they're very, very choosy about fabrics, but that's a personal sensitivity rather than a species-wide one. It just so happens that my cat and my cat-fursona have similar tastes in what textures they like to cuddle up against (in the cat's case)/wear (in the 'sona's)
