Title: Sandwiches
Post by: Kobuk on December 17, 2012, 11:11:34 pm
What kind of a sandwich person are you?

White or wheat bread?
Mustard or Mayo?
Beef, Turkey, Ham, Pastrami, or other?
Lettuce, Tomato, or other vegetables?
Do you prefer hot sandwiches or cold?
Bought from a restaurant, or made from a deli, or do you make your own?
Any particular favorite sandwiches you like?

For me it Wheat and Mustard. As for meat lost of it; I hate  skimpy meat on a sandwich, no less than four ounces. The purpose of the bread is prevent  ones hand  from getting messy. I like some cheese other than american. Lettuce, tomato rand Bacon.

I avoid  busying a sandwich at any retail business, it a ripoff. For the price of one sandwich  I can buy a pound of the same   sandwich meat.  The is one exception, Bánh mì (Vietnamese Sandwiches). They are  a
cross between French and Vietnamese cuisine. I also like Lebanon bologna.
I also like to take burrito size  tortillas ( do not use the more expensive roll-ups bread), meat cheeses and make roll-ups.

As for buying sandwiches  my comment apply to cold cuts; if it is  the same stuff I can buy at a supermarket then why buy it from a shop.

Peanutbutter and hiomemade black berry jam.

Second pick, one slice of 4 different kind of a meat between two slices of cheese, all between white buttered bread.

Also realy like bunwiches made with cheese buns.
