The Furtopian Weight Loss Challenge!!
Peaches:
Daily Report:
What I Ate Today: Apples and peanut butter, Crackers with cheese and turkey breast (no mayo), LOTS of water, a glass of orange juice, slice grape tomatos, asparagus (sauteed), serving of baked seasoned fries, baked popcorn chicken, and a cookie from RK.
What Physical Activity I Did Today: Light Housework, Stretching
What I Could/Should Have Done That Was Healthier: No cookie, a better planned out dinner earlier in the evening, and mpre activity. I did drink a LOT more water today, which I'm proud of.
What I Can Do To Improve: Pre-pack my meals, and come up with a to-do list for my day.
What Did I Learn: I need to get my sleep schedule back on track, and I need to plan my diet needs into my day a little better.

What I Ate Today: Wedding Cake, Wedding Cookie, Mac & Cheese, Salad
What Physical Activity I Did Today: Ran about town and the beach looking for people
What I Could/Should Have Done That Was Healthier: Lay off the Mac & Cheese ;D and the cake.. and the cookie.. XD
What I Can Do To Improve: Actually work out.. run and lift weights.. drink more water!
What Did I Learn: To resist the temptation of cake and cookies no matter how pretty they are. ;_; And to exercise more often... I'm gonna try to do it for 30 minutes everyday.

What I Ate Today: Fruit Smoothie, Asian Stuff Mom Made (It's Healthy.. that's all I know xD )
What Physical Activity I Did Today: Housework, walking
What I Could/Should Have Done That Was Healthier: Ate A Bit More But I really Have No Appetite..
What I Can Do To Improve: Eat a bit more.. drink more water
What Did I Learn: Try to eat a bit more to atleast have more than 200 calories in my system. Drink more water/healthy stuff.
