Doom 3. Who has it and has played it? I really, really like it so far... the atmosphere surpasses that of Silent Hill I believe, as far as visual and audio goes. Very, very neat...

Made a little blog entry for it, so you can get my full opinion (I'm too long-winded!) of it there. And some happy screenshots, half of which are just me poking around and kicking warning cones about. I also knocked some cases down a really big hole. I apologize to the owners, but it was fun XD.

And you can build a fort of zombies. I fully intend to try to build a whole fort. That would be really useless, but silly!

This sort-of counts as Furry, however, as my kitty is playing too. He's actually the reason I died in part... he made Mr Man fire into the wall by falling asleep on the keyboard. And now he's stolen my right arm as a pillow. Cute.

I reserved a copy, expecting to be fully able to purchase it. However: there's no money. so yea, there's 5 bucks down the crapper. Besides, 65 bucks or so just didnt seem right anyways. Even if the money was around.

I'm beginning to enjoy less and less of my old past times and hobbies, as I do not have the money for such things. As my parents dont have enough money for such things.

I really hope though that this game is everything you wanted it to be.

Odd... you should've been able to get your $5 back. It was $55 here, and you get the $5 credited once you actually buy it. I reserved it mostly because of the figurine... I love bulldog demons ._. ...

Why could you not just pick it up later once the price goes down? They always do. Pity us fools who bought Black and White in the day, now that they sell the two-pack with Creature Isle for $20! Bastards.

But, I'm throughly enjoying myself... all sorts of neat-o incidents and events. I actually saved one little guy, and another's hiding out and refused to go with me. Dork. If I can climb through the vent shaft, they all can! The ragdoll effects on the characters, especially the bodies, is eriie. I end up shooting the corpses I find around just to make sure they stay dead, but it's rather gross with them flopping everywhere!

Oh, and the actions of the Imps may as well be fluffy... it pounced me!

On maximum detail the game looks -wonderful-. But, my compy can't keep the framerate stable enough, so high works enough.

If you're getting sick of your hobbies, just take a break. I did, and now I'm slowly whittling down on what I have and haven't played...

But hey, I have enough fun messing about. Here's the best thing ever in the game!

It's a hazard cone I was kicking around, and it kinda ended up on the door's tracks... so now their door will never close completly again. I'm actually curious to see if it stays there once I get back!

UGH!! I have doom 3.. But have yet to play it.. My PC has indeedy blown up yet again... Sigh...

Hate re-building the thing for the millionth time, but..

So tomorrow I get my 1st shot at it....

Poor guy o_o... I had a computer like that. Blew at the mere -suggestion- of a hat dropping...

The new one only is unhappy if I need to flash the bios to make it remember "oh, yeah, I was doing this...". Sometimes it just does that. Then it claims the boot sector is damaged, but turn off silent boot at all, and it's happy enough.

I think the Imp models look a little bad at close range, though. The texture doesn't quite mesh. But, considering how fast they move, you'd never notice in combat.
