I think we tend to be set in our ways as we get older.  I try to be open to
different ideas. Even if I might not agree with them.

I kind of imagine the bathroom bills are just the beginning. I have ah hunch our
unfriendly GOP is wanting to return to the good old days of discrimiatioin of those
who are different. It's going to be tough on a lot of people I am afraid.

So apparently the lessons learned from North Carolina's bill didn't take hold?

NC lost MILLIONS of dollars of income as a result of HB2. Closer to one BILLION dollars.  College events, professional events, company expansions, tourism...all sorts of business that would have benefited NC and its people went away due to HB2.

Now, more states want to lose money? Want jobs and businesses to boycott their states?

Over where someone goes to the BATHROOM?

I think the GOP is afraid of Trumps supporters. I expect Trump will have more
ralleys to stir them up if the GOP turns against him.

The supporters of the GOP are a minority, so if those who want to keep gay
rights, womens rights, and minority rights. They will have to get out and
vote for those who support you, no matter your way of life, religion, color or
gender. You will prevail if enough get out and vote.

Let's put old discriminatory ways of thinking in the trash heap.

To me it is at absurdity and self-centered entitlement culture  how we  got  into this mess in the first place.  Why should how you feel  in your heart have any barring to philosophical idea objective truth. Government facilities  is a tricky, still  I have more problem  government having to pass law, regardless of what side of the transgender debate,  to govern bathroom use especially for private business and organizations.
