Who doesn't love nachos?

I love them. With lots of cheddar cheese sauce, ground beef, diced tomato, onion, sour cream, etc., etc. YUM!

While randomly browsing the local library today, I came across a book titled "Nachos for Dinner" by Dan Whalen.
Lots of tasty recipes inside. Not so many pictures though.
