Pretty bad choices for me on here. I am thinking that you should have Don Bluth in a catigory all of his own. That I would vote for.

so Anime could be considered american? and japanimation anime but frmo japan?

I go for the classics: Disney, Warners, MGM, and the rest of the traditional crowd.

Miyazaki and Bluth should get a separate category.  They are in a class by themselves.
