Ongoing incidents in London

A vehicle rammed pedestrians on London bridge, before people jumped out and started attacking with knives. Multiple fatalities confirmed, at least one with slashed throat.

Shortly after, another incident at Borough Market (literally a couple of minutes walk away). Reports still coming on that one.

A third incident just confirmed in Vauxhall.

Situations ongoing, highly active police in London, searching for suspects who are believed to still be armed. Gunshots have been fired at some locations.

No. I live in a different major city a couple of hours away.

48 people have been hospitalised, more treated at the scene. At least 6 dead, as well as three attackers shot dead by police. Attack at Vauxhall is thought to be an unconnected incident.

I was sorry to hear about the attack in England. I send my condolances
to all involved.

I apologize for Trump. He thinks he has to look smart
even when he isn't.

Sometimes I feel the media world wide shouldn't do more than mention
an attack then go on with other news. Local coverage yes to aid people
locally. I think we can be sure it's the world wide coverage is what the
terrorists want.

Since the public around the world wants to know it's not  likely to change.

Trump, as per usual for him, using the attack to try and push his own agenda with no thought at all to the people suffering or dead.
And over here, Theresa May is using the attacks as reasoning to restrict people's freedoms and rights, as well as to start policing the internet.
Typical. Hopefully she will be out at the next election.
