I am getting short of vegetarian cooking ideas, and I though maybe someone's got a good one.
So take those cook hats out and get to kitchen!

Are we talking straight vegan, or just no-meat vegetarians (lacto-ovo)?

Recipes that don't involve anything that once moved on it's own,

Well, if you skip the bacon, my Loaded Potato Casserole is lacto-vegetarian.
