Okay, this was originally in an excel spreadsheet that was part of a school project, and is a huge recipe (makes 24) and has a lot of extra information that looks really ugly when it's not formatted into cells.  I'm gonna go back and edit and clean this post up at some point, but in the meantime, people are interested and I don't have a better way of getting this to them.

   Mince the peppers, shallots, garlic, and ginger, grate the lemongrass, and combine with the caraway,                      
   coriander seed, paprika and salt and mash into a paste.                     
                        
   Mix the paste evenly into the ground beef by hand and form 24 1/3-pound patties.                     
                        
   Grill to desired doneness, then serve each on a bun with a lettuce leaf underneath the patty.  Top the                     
   patty with 1 oz of the chutney.
