Any other Chefs?

I work in kitchens, fine dining, I love doing it.  My primary focus is Italy and their wines.  Currently I am helping develop a new restaurant franchises menu and dishes. 

Anyone else have experience in this field?

Maybe not fine dinin and all that. But I'm darn good at some barbecue, not sure if that counts or not for what your talkin bout.

Does pastry chef count? :D I make tons of cupcakes, brownies, doughnuts, cinnamon rolls...
Amazingly I suck at making cakes and pies. (:

I do pastry too.  I made a Olive Oil and Rosemary Chocolate Cake today.  Very savory.

I mostly like doing breakfast dishes. pancakes, breakfast burritos, omelets, other egg concoctions, and fancy oatmeal
