'>. If the fence was so easy to break into (If that's what really happened) the guy should have had better lock on them. From the article that Lutra posted it sounds like the guy had other escapes and makes me wonder why the guy wasn't being investigated earlier.
I think zoos and wildelife sancturies are alright as long as responsable people are running them.
