Just got a new webpage

I am completely new to building web pages and when I say this I mean that I feel rather pathetic for asking. I am at Furtopia and when i fill out the profile form it gives me this crap.

Runtime error 2 at 0x004032EB 0x004032EB 0x00403B47 0x004040D5

What is it and can someone help me out plz?

Your repo tells me that I have either comittied a critical error, or that I make the easiest things look hard.

That's odd.  I logged into your account with no errors.  PM me a time you can meet on IM or the IRC.  I'll need to see what yout doing to find out where it is failing.
