Need help on setting up a art gallery

I need help on setting up Pixelpost I have found this at www: http://www.pixelpost.org/, I like to used it for my art work and other thign s as part of my website
I just need these two folders " CHMOD to 777 "

/images/*         <= create this directory, CHMOD to 777
/thumbnails/*         <= create this directory, CHMOD to 777
