My furry little cat ears are always with me so if you see me scratching my head for no apparent reason it's the ears. also sometimes I'll get a tail, it's annoying when I feel it start when I'm sitting in a har chair. It's Really uncomfortable. also I sometimes feel like somethings missing, wings, claws, etc. but usually I feel like my wings are trying to manifest themselves but just can't quite do it. Ah, there it goes *rotates shoulders * weird ':.'

I get phantom parts quite a bit these days, actually.
The first time I did was when I first spiritually morphed, and that experiance was so powerful I not only physically felt, but also physically saw my phantom parts.
It was a great experiance, though a little weird. I could look down at my hand and where my hand was I would simultainiously see both my hand and my paw in the same place at the same time, yet they didn't cover each other up or overlap or anything like that.
My strongest phantom part seems to be claws for some reason. I can feal them protruding from my fingertips, and in fact I have them right now.
Sometimes if I do something strongly furry or animal related it will result in phantom parts. Just a few minutes ago I was watching a documentery on wolves, so that's most likely the reason I currently have phantom claws.
Sometimes I can induce my phantom parts to come, and other times they are just there.
Ears, tail, fur, whatever.
As for methods on how the only source I could ever find which has useful instructions on the matter actually comes from the Satanic Church(I'm no Satanist, so don't get the wrong idea here). It's more on general lycanthropy, but the instructions it gives are essentially the same methods I've used to induce wolf parts/traits in myself at times. Sometimes I can just know how to do ceartain spiritual things without having to be told how to do so.
Anyway, here's the link for any who are interested: http://www.churchofsatan.org/werewolf.html
Again don't let the source scare you, that particular page is just about inducing lycanthropy and nothing else.

It's a tail for me actually, which is kinda annoying when m butts wiggles in extremem happiness. However occasionally it is ears as well, but I do not attribute either to my furry side oddly enough.

Sometimes, I can control it but often enough its random or in times of extreme emotions.

I get phantom parts relating to both canines and gryphons, depending on which self I am at the time.

One time, I got totally enraged at this kid at school, and I managed to put on a totally calm exterior look.  However, I could feel all sorts of phantom things popping up/out, claws and wings and a beak and a bunch of other things, and he looked at me and freaked out--I wasn't glaring or anything, he just looked back at me and then ran scared.  That was pretty cool.

But usually, it's just one or two things every now and again without reason or warning.  The most familiar ones for me are claws and ears.

Until now, I had thought I was the only one who felt those   ''  '<img'>

I had phantom parts long before I knew what phantom parts were. Phantom parts just come natural to me.

I do know how to induce phantom parts. To put it in mathematical terms... (thats how I think  '' ) Imagine a coordinate plane with a distinct border just enough to cover your body... and any other phantom parts that stick out. now move that imaginative coordinate plane above your head and move it down so it passes through your body. As you move it down think about your phantom parts and they will materialize as the plane moves... when the plane is all the way down to your feet or coordinate 0 the "transformation" is complete... to make it so that its almost permanant. Take a few hours to meditate. close your eyes and imagine what your phantom parts feel like. As you practice this your body will become accstomed to it and you will actually "phantom" your anthro. It works for me, but it's a long process. I only have my ears, tail, and fur down.

hope this helps with the phantom deprived. '<img'>

Well, not always. Sometimes, when i want,  i can "manifest" theese phantom parts in my mind, which is real fun! I can feel how the tail slips through the room door, almost getting hurt when i close it! Hey, maybe if i develop my imagination any further, i could have some cool 3D SFX too :P

Oh wow, other people have these too?  I've always had a phantom set of cat ears for as long as I can remember.  They perk up, fold down, everything.  I also get claws in my right hand sometimes.
