You should have drawn her holding a syringe But then it would make her look beyond mischievous, I suppose.
I like that drawing. Do you colour digitally and smudge the colours? Or do you use colour pencils?

To be honest I seriously considered the syringe, also
a door with the name proctologist.  

But I didn't want to get carried away.. :D

Yes it is digital, and I do use the smudge tool.
