Mountain Dew.    Though, I don't drink as much of it as I used to due to health issues.
I drink a lot of bottled water now.

What do you mean by "Draft brewed in a bottle"? I hope you're not talking about beer. 

Another soda I like which is brewed and bottled locally here in Wisconsin is Sprecher Root Beer. Best root beer soda I have ever had.

I went to the Rogue brewery in Newport, Oregon, and had a bowl of clam chowder and a glass of root beer. It was amazing. It's way better fresh, though. I got some of the same stuff bottled in a nearby town and it's still really good, but not as good as it was when it was fresh.

Speaking of root beer......again. There's a small drive up ice cream/hot dog stand on the east side of my city. I've never visited it, but I've heard they make their own root beer from scratch, and that you can buy it in one gallon jugs. One of these days, I'll have to go there and see for myself.

i usually drink/prefer ice tea, but if not avaliable i'd likely have a coca-cola, pepsi, root beer, or cream soda. (im fine with almost all other sodas, but those are my top preferences)

Root beer. Hands down. Love it.

But avoid some brands like Barq's, since it has caffeine. But try to limit myself to only a little here and there. And typically have water instead.

It's usually Dr. Pepper for me when I go to McDonalds. I'll drink just about any soda, but I don't drink it very often.
