We don't have either however we do have a birthday thread (Here). For general announcements I've seen them in the General Non Furry section before.

A JFF is essentially a spam board and that's been vetoed in the past I believe.

As Weisse has already said, a JFF board would be nothing but spam. A spam forum was discussed twice before in the past and was vetoed. It will not be allowed on Furtopia.  >:(

As for celebrations, we already have a Birthday thread in the Greetings forum. Any other "celebration announcements" like weddings, new baby, etc. can be posted in the General Non-furry Discussion forum.

P.S. - If members want fun, they can play in the Word Games forum. BUT........the Word Games forum is not for spam either. Members should play the games according to how they were originally created, the rules, etc.
