Dedicated Hot Sauce Topic

What's your favorite brand? Do you put it on everything or select foods?

I've recently converted to Sriracha, and currently it's only going in noodles, stir-fry, and pierogi.

Good old fashioned Tabasco Sauce.  :) I'll put it in mac n' cheese, scrambled eggs, chili, and whatever else I can think of.

I usually enjoy sweet chili or Frank's Red Hot, depends on my mood.....and as long as it's not dessert, I've probably put hot sauce on it!

Beware...I killed my taste buds with that.  (:

I have no tastebuds, or soul. Jalapeno pickles just don't seem to have a flavor.  :(

Not really, you see I grew up with hot sauces made from the worlds hottest peppers at the time, so really most mainstream hot sauces aren't even hot to me ... I enjoy my nuclear hot sauce thank you very much and I put it one all sorts of things ^ ^- Plus making the hot sauce is the only time I actually get to use my gas mask for a protective thing the rest of the time I wear it while playing airsoft and random stuff like that.

Preferable to either sriracha or Texas Pete.

Though I also LOVE to make my own. Which I will be doing very soon since i have a couple of ghost peppers on the bush that need to be eaten soon.  x_x

I wanna get my hands on some Trinidad Moruga peppers or some Butch-T peppers just so you know the Habanero pepper has a maximum 'hotness' of 350,000 Scoville... those two peppers I mentioned have about 2,100,000 Scoville... which is hotter then the chemicals used in Indian riot police grenades v.v I'm crazy I know XD
