The Saturn had some truely amazing games that never made it to America. Tis a shame, really. I love all my game systems, with perhaps the exception of the N64. But then, I've not had the pleasure of playing much on it, my wife was the one who bought it before I met her. The one system that I really miss is the one I grew up with. The Vectrex.

Now, I do have to disagree with people who want to claim the PC as the greatest, mostly because in a way it's an unfair comparison. For one, the PC isn't intended as a gaming system, that's just something that people do with it. For two, there isn't a definable "life" to the PC, so ancient games like King's Quest, Zork, and Gauntlet could well be called "PC" games the same as Half-Life 2 or World of Warcraft. Last, the PC isn't a static system, it has to be upgraded often (once a year or so) to play the latest games properly (and thus get the most enjoyment out of them), unlike console systems which are garenteed to play everything released for them during their 3-5 year life span.

So while I have and will continue to enjoy some of the great PC games out there, I can't feel it's proper to call it the greatest gaming system... I'm not trying to start a PC/console gaming war (as I'm well aware that they happen), I'm just pointing out that it's not a good comparison.

I would say the Sage Genesis is my favorite. But then I haven't bought a new console for a long long time. Now I mostly play stuff on PC. (I have been thinking of getting a GC though, mostly for the StarFox games.)

PS2, for me. Well, I reason that today's minds are prone to at least two addictions within a lifetime. One for me of course is sex (*gasp* IMPOSSIBLE).....so I just chose the other, potentially non-lethal (yet, pleasurable) activity: videogames. And there's that generous vibration function on the latest controllers, so occasionally I can combine both hobbies....... kidding, KIDDING, ROFL!!  '<img'>

As much as I would like to get a PS2, Xbox, or other gaming system, I think I'll just be happy with a PC. I want to try and find some of the old Battletech and Mechwarrior games and also Bloody Roar (and it's sequels).
