Title: Not sure how I never noticed before, but...

...now that I've seen it, every time I scroll down the page, I have to stop and stare at the only subsection of forums with capital letters in the titles. So I thought I would point it out, in order to similarly burden anyone else who hadn't yet realized.

I wonder if it's some kind of hidden message...

If you're talking about the Community Group Sub-forums, those were never truly part of the "core" (Main) Furtopia forums when Furtopia was set up long, long ago. Those sub-forums are just "suggested" forums by members long ago.
