What would help your thread here is if you specifically told us what you needed help with when drawing.
Shadows?
Heads?
Bodies?
Hands?
Perspective?
Eyes?
........etc., etc.
What medium (Pen, pencil, paint, digital, etc.) are you using?
Do you have examples of any work you've done that you can show so that the members here can look at and give better advice?
The more information you can provide in this thread, then the better people will be able to help you.
Also, browsing through some of the old threads in this forum will likely yield good results to art techniques and other information that will help you out.

I've often heard that the best "teacher" for anything one does is often practice, practice, and more practice.
The more you draw and develop your skills, then the better you will become.

A google search for a term like "how to draw _insert body part here_" will usually throw up some good results that demonstrate techniques that you can then adapt to form your own style. It's how I first learned to draw.

DeviantArt stock photos also make great references for humans and animals. Most models and photographers don't care if it's used for furry art as long as it's not porn.

Just try to draw every day. Drawing "still life" is good for practice of
shading and perspective.
Don't forget to draw for fun
