What's your favorite SPECIFIC ethnic dish?

Do you have a favorite "specific" ethnic dish that you like? If so, what is it? Have you had it in a restaurant or did you cook it at home?

I can't think of much for myself, but I like the following specific things:
Italian - Ravioli
Mexican - Enchiladas

Chicken Adobo. http://philippinesfoodrecipes.blogspot.com/2009/05/filipino-recipe-chicken-adobo.html I'll have a cup of the cooking juice to pour over rice.

I would put Lasagne at the top of my list for Italian. It's quite easy to put together, and is well worth the wait time for cooking it.

In general, though, I would have to figure various breads and/or pastries would top my list from almost any country.
