How does the furtopia star system work?

woot! just got a second star!  bbut please can someone tell me why and how it works?

It depends on the number of posts you have, I think. When you reach a certain amount of posts, you get a new star. Not all the posts you make show up in your post count though, if I remember correctly. Some of the game sections do not contribute to the number that you see below your name.

Yep. Post count was turned off for the Word Games section. This way, people can't just boost their post count by replying 500 times in that section. Posts anywhere else on the forums will count toward your total posts.

I don't remember what the specific post counts are for moving up to 2, 3, 4, and 5 stars, though.

I think 50 gives you two, 500 is 4? Something like that. Since the stars don't really mean anything, I stopped paying attention though XD

But the majority of my posts are the ones that nobody sees as I discuss a lot of issues with other staff. ;)
