Reminds me of how my fiance's desktop looks when he is working on a image through Photoshop and After Effects. :P

Sounds like a candidate for multiple screens and expanded desktop.
I have the same  issue when doing my ebay business and weekly book keeping, shipping a wost when I am doing  any c# coding.

Yikes!  :o

That kind of looks like my computer though when I have a media player open in one corner, a website open somewhere else, a flash game open elsewhere, etc.

I usually have just one thing at a time taking up the whole screen though, since I have somewhat poor eyesight and text has to be smaller in order for many things to be open. That, and my laptop is only 1366 x 768 resolution, instead of the full 1920 x 1080.
